Definitely do not recommend going here. Unprofessional, I waiting over 30min for a smoothie & flat bread with only 1-2 other customers in the store. Definitely recommend new management

Good food, but when they pick up the phone, you can't hear them and they just hang up on you. When you place large corporate ordrers, they get the order wrong by forgetting things and then they hang up on you when you call for support. Hilarious. I guess we won't be placing large orders with this specific Tropical Smoothie going fwd.

We walked in and were basically not acknowledged, we stood there for about 5 minutes while the 2 girls just walked around doing lord knows what. Looked like a whole lot of nothing. 2 people then walked in after us who were acknowledged right away meanwhile we still didn’t even put our order in so we walked out.

First time here- we usually go to Smoothie King but we were in the area so we gave it a try. Will not be going back. We went in, there were no orders showing on the screens and no customers in the store. We ordered 2 Acai bowls, paid and sat down to wait. A guy came in right after we ordered and ordered a protein type shake with special instructions. The person that took both of our orders, proceeded to make his first, even tho he ordered and paid after us. He looked as tho he may have come from the gym that they share a parking lot with, maybe they get special treatment??? Anyway, the Acai bowls were small, like 4" diameter and maybe 3" tall and they charge $10, other places have more than one size, they list the oz. on the menu AND they are not $10. Also, we got peanut butter on top and they charged us an additional $1.25 each for peanut butter! So, in all, it costs us over $26 for two shockingly small bowls. We did leave a 10% tip before we realized we would be pushed to the back of the line, the extra charge for peanut butter and the small size. Needless to say, we will not go back. Also, I've seen the copy and paste response that the owner puts up after every bad review. If you responded by actually addressing the problem instead of saying 'click our link' it would seem a little more genuine.

FOLLOW UP: As I predicted, they replied with their generic response, not addressing the issue. Their response says "Please let us what we can get better so your next experience exceeds your expectations..." if they actually read my review, they would know what they can do better and they would know that I'm not coming back. Now, had they offered to replace the item with a more appropriately sized bowl and apologized for pushing us to the back of the line, that might have got us to go back again. But to just say "We hate that we let you down" isn't an apology.

For a $10 bowl I sure would had expected more of a base. Their competitors fill it up at the same price and quality. Not taking the drive here again. Disgrace.

Smoothies are very good and a good price. Don't know about the food… and the staff seem super depressed and seem afraid to talk to the costumers due to that the atmosphere seems depressing

I was at a hotel room craving a smoothie bowl. So I found Tropical Smoothie Cafe and I was pleasantly surprised that they delivered to where I was. I tried the Açaí Bowl. It was filled with Strawberries, Blueberries and Bananas. It also had granola, coconut, chia seeds and honey. I loved the coconut and honey as extras. I have since ordered from them again and will continue to do so. If you are in the mood for something different other than ice cream or water ice this is refreshing healthy way to go! Delicious!!
