Decided to try this place again after a not great experience years ago and once again disappointed. Something about their chicken seems undercooked and just not done all the way. Their tea too something seems off with it. The sauce I got (Mexican chili) was the only good part about the meal. Will not be returning.

Best place to get a boba tea in the area. Their Korean style fried chicken is also pretty good. I really appreciate that they accept dogs inside and even give away free dog biscuits. that’s really nice when I’m walking my dog and need something to drink.

I had a problem with my order before regarding the boneless chicken but the fries were good. This time the wings were fantastic but the fries tasted off. But I’m glad the owner reached out to fix the problem. :)
They forgot to put sugar in one of my drinks ( I ordered 3 milk teas same style n 1 fruit tea). Also no greetings at the end even I said “Thank you”.If you think a business can be successful without greetings to customers, you’re wrong!I come to the Tsaocaa in Bethlehem,PA all the time and never have a single problem. The drinks also tastemuch better there as well. Not come to this area that often but I won’t be back here if I’m back to the area.Thanks for reading.Reply: I bought 3 classic milk teas (2 no ice 1 w ice), 1 colorful fruit tea on Friday evening 11/24/23 around 5:40pm in case you can’t find me.

We had a wonderful 1st visit to get bubble tea due to the seriously most pleasant and possibly the most patient explainer ever. We purchased 4 different drinks/blends and all were delicious—and more importantly, tasted exactly as described by the aforementioned best ever explainer.
Love! Also they let us come in with puppy which is awesome during winter!

This place is always clean. The chicken sandwiches and the waffles are just awesome. And everyone is always nice. My favorite in manayunk. I'll have to try the frozen yogurt and update you.
Will never be coming here again after today’s experience. The service was absolutely horrible. I order the brown sugar milk tea. The lady refused to remake my drink due to a small misunderstanding. She charged me $2 extra for a little bit of tea which made my drink even more expensive then the one I wanted to begin with. Original price $7.29, which almost came out to $10. With that being said, the drink turned out horrible and went straight to the garbage bin.
Good bubble tea and they have a public bathroom. The AC is really nice in the summer heat as well.

I ❤️❤️❤️ Tsaocaa!!! The food is crazy good, they have a good variety of yummy teas, the people are friendly and knowledgeable but don't rush you. The last time I went was in the middle of the day and I think they were putting away a shipment so it was a little messy, but I'm sure during peak hours the place is popping. The space was clean (including the bathroom ✅️ ).

The quality varies with who's working. Some days the drinks are really good, but the employee today didn't seem to bother with milk for either drink (my friend also got a milk tea). Our drinks were incredibly watery, like instead of adding a milk portion, she replaced it with water. Unfortunately by the time we tried them, the store had closed. I hate to be a Karen and leave a bad review but...she's a reason why I'm against pre-tipping.
