The manager at the tulip location helped me with closing out my ticket as she remade my original order that was not delivered to my house! I gladly appreciated her help as this was such a big inconvenience for me !

Ordered chicken sandwich meals never put the chicken sandwiches in the bag so we went back Conley told him that they didn't put the sandwiches in the bag the server was really added to this and then the manager I suppose came over neither one of them believe this service is horrible should not be in the food service business

I went may 19,2025 there was a young lady in the drive thru with hazel eyes I believe here name was ezanthia, please 🙏 forgive me for the spelling. I got a short glimpse. Anyways, her customer service on point. Her presentation and helping me navigate through the menu was excellent 👌. The whole staff was hustling to get people food out, it seems like they work as a unit. Shot out to the manager. Because your work shows! Please 🙏 give that lady in the drive thru a raise! It's hard to find dedicated workers!

If you go there and get popcorn shrimp do not expect to get tartar sauce. It's on the menu but they never have it so I'm thinking it's poor management.
