Yet another hidden gem in Philly. I came in for the first time today by chance and immediately felt so so so welcomed into the space. It is much smaller of a space than Madis Coffee Roasters (Twisted Grounds has only a few small tables to sit), but the staff is equally as kind, friendly, talkative, and enjoyable to be around. You can quickly tell that the team here has a great rapport with each other, and it makes the atmosphere comfortable and fun to be in. They have super cute merch and engaging conversations. I'm excited for this to be one of my regular haunts in Philly. The manager runs this place like a well-oiled machine.

Fantastic local non-chain/corporate coffee joint. Fresh pastries, coffee & tea drinks, small banquette inside, shady tables and chairs on sidewalk under trees. Think casual morning meetups, kids in strollers, dogs relaxing under chairs. Friendly AF staff.

Great coffee and pastries! My only critique is that food allergens are not clearly communicated. My partner has nut allergies and it would've been nice to know that the coffee cake has walnuts. It wasn't easy to tell from the case. I almost always ask but I haven't seen nuts in coffee cake before (at least without the specifications). More detailed labeling would be super helpful!!!

Absolutely the BEST coffee and latte’s in Philadelphia . Including the fresh baked pastries. I look forward to every visit ! I just wish had a location in my area .

Cute place. Small (three small tables inside with a few outside) but clean and comfortable. No public bathroom so I suppose you'll need to leave if you need to go. Serves ham and cheese croissants along with some other pastries, so not you could grab a small lunch if you need. Good wifi. They offer a puppucino, which is cute.
Parking: Not sure if it's paid or free, but some street parking is available right outside the shop. Good luck getting a spot though...
Kid-friendliness: It's just a regular coffee shop. Nothing particularly special for kids but I don't see any reason that kids would be inappropriate here or anything. Maybe since the place is a bit small a kid might be bored or fidgety.
Wheelchair accessibility: Probably not wheelchair-accessible: I think you have to walk up a step to enter and the space between the tables and counter don't seem wide enough.
I think the owner served me. He was incredibly kind. Prices are very reasonable. I got a chai latte with a triple shot of espresso and an almond croissant. Croissant was delicious as was the dirty chai latte.

I came in for the first time after a dr apt near by. Staff was so friendly, other customers were friendly, and truthfully it was just a really relaxing and pleasant vibe to enjoy a cup of coffee. Great place.
