Great coffee, but don’t count too much on the wifi. At multiple locations I’ve experienced not being able to connect on arrival, and well meaning staff resetting the router which disrupts everyone who is connected. Of course if you’re just chillaxing this is not a big deal.
Another place in Philly not easy to park near, but we walked. The people were friendly, the coffee was great and so was the fresh pastry we had.

Rude and non professional reaction from a female barista. I ordered a latte, she made one without paying attention while she was talking to a guy. She poured the milk in one shot with doing it the right way and she told me the milk looks weird, when I look it at the cup, it was disgusting and has nothing to do with any latte I had before. When I tried it, it tasted weird and I told her about and if she like to try it to see what I mean, she look at me in weird way and said I will not try it in very rude way, and she said with miserable face she will make another one, but the second one came out the same like the first one. She rewind my moment and I left directly after losing almost $5 for nothing. Totally unprofessional and rude behavior. Never going back

Lovely coffee shop with a great space to work! Just wish they had more vegan options. There was 1 thing that's vegan. The Chia pudding could easily be vegan and appeal to more people so not sure why they use cow's milk.

Best pound for pound tasting coffee in Philadelphia.To qualify this review, I have been to every single coffee shop over 4 stars in Philly and have lived here for 8+ years. Ultimo is the GOAT.
