I don't understand an establishment that has no interest in trying to meet the needs of their clients. This establishment has been open in this location, at least for the past 5 years. And it never fails that they always run out of inventory. I do not understand how a restaurant that starts serving lunch at 11 AM is out of lunch by 12 PM. And this Is not due to volume! It's just due to their lack of inventory if twenty people order lunch , maybe fifteen of those people are going to actually get something to eat. Clearly, they have no interest in meeting the needs of this neighborhood so I will no longer be wasting my time with a trip there.

Their coffee and chai lattes are great! Their pastries are really good too. Every time I come here, I have some sort of issue though lol. I don't know if they whisper your name when your drink is called or if they just don't say it at all, but they will literally leave your latte just sitting on the counter and never bother to tell you that it is there. Also, God help you if you try to get someone's attention. I feel like trying to make eye contact with the barista is some sort of social faux pas that I am not aware of. Let me know if I should use telepathy in the future.

Good food, big space with big windows and lots of light. Odd that everyone there was on a laptop.
Great sandwiches and baked goods + good customer service, but why the light roast espresso? It has virtually no flavor, even after ordering a latte with a triple shot. Using such a light roast results in an espresso so mild and bland that it seems to defeat the purpose of espresso. Otherwise, love this establishment. Good vibes and seating. Please consider offering a traditional dark roast espresso option.

Ultimo is located around a lot of schools and business so it’s a pretty good hangout for people to work and get in the wifi.
The food and coffee is very good and the people are nice but the service can be a little slow depending on how busy they are. So if you are looking for a grab and go this may or may not be a good bet depending on the line.
