I used to order here once a week because I loved the food and prices were good. I got a pizza that was absolutely disgusting and falling completely apart. Ordered chicken tenders and they were nuggets. Waste of money will never be ordering from them again. My husband and I are very disappointed

I just placed an order for Delivery for a chicken cheesesteak. I live literally 9 minutes from the place, and That's with traffic. The lady you spoke with on the phone lied and stated I live too far for the delivery, and they are closing soon. However, the hours of operation online says they are closed at 11 PM. I use to buy food from them all the time but the service is shitty and they also come off prejudice. Will never order from them again.

Counter people are ignorant and rude. When I place my order one of my cheesesteaks was wrong when I got my food. I called for a replacement to get my right cheesesteak. It took over 2 hours for my right cheesecake to get to my house. It was cold and disgusting by this time I go it. My question is why did I have to wait so long for my replacement cheesesteak when the counter person got it wrong and I indeed repeated my order twice to her. I will not be ordering from this place again.

Got 3 slices for takeout they were all cold and tasted rubbery from sitting out. Buffalo chicken slice was inedible terrible pizza

I honestly would’ve never seen myself leaving a bad review because I love Uncle Oogies & love their staff but tonight really took me by surprise and will probably have me not going back tbh. I ordered a few items at 10:24pm, they close at 11pm. I knew I was cutting it close but we had been busy all day and just needed something to eat. It’s now 12:12 AM and still no food nor any way of getting in contact with them since they’re closed so now I’m out of food that I thought would be coming. I usually pay card and I’m thankful that I didn’t this time because this is honestly rlly crazy that Im not getting the food that I ordered nor even a heads up about it…

Counter person was kinda credited out she was nice. Switched sandwiches. Served me the non gluten free. I have celiac disease ? she just should have been more on the ball. Sandwich was good

First time I was going to place order from this business. I called and asked how many Bolis come in and order. I was told 6 and 10. I asked from 6 pepperoni and cheese and four cheese steak Bolis. Female employee was arrogant with and attitude and stated "we don't separate them like that"! You don't speak to customers with an attitude like that, will never order from there.
