Worst in south Philly
I liked this pizza shop. I had ordered a couple of slices about a month or so ago, and it was very good. This is a neat little shop that has been here for years I am told.

We ordered chicken cutlet and it wasn't breaded it was grilled. Fries were cold inside. There's a neighbor's car cleaning supplies right in front of the entrance just for you to trip over and some other construction on top of it.

I ordered for my lunch break salad and pasta. I called to change my protein from shrimp to sausage because I can’t eat shellfish and the woman on the phone was very nice. She talked to the kitchen came back and said ok he already knew about the sausage. When I got it,it had shrimp and I’m ALLERGIC. The delivery driver was disrespectful. I spoke to the manager about my pasta and he was cutting me off and said oh that’s what u ordered and I told him it must be a miscommunication with ur staff. He was very rude and did nothing to rectify the situation. I missed out on 20$ because of staff miscommunication!

I ordered food and the driver lied and said he talked to me and I told him to drop it off on my steps, but he never showed up! I was standing at the door waiting for him! so I called the store and spoke with the manager and he said he didn't know what to believe. so he said he will remake the order. mind you it's after 10:00 and the store has closed already! so I would have to wait for atleast another hour for food!? ever since they hired this delivery guy, I've had nothing but problems! I'll never order from Uncle Tomys again!
We moved from Deep South Philly to point breeze and were desperately seeking a new pizzeria as our fav did not deliver to our new home. Well after striking out with a close place that delivered us FROZEN PIZZA we were hesitant to trust anywhere else....BUT UNCLE TOMYS DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I hate to admit that our house orders dinner 1 to 3 times a week and most everything is from Tomys. Their pizza is amazing the cheese steak stromboli is incredible....pizza steaks are huge and so tasty!! And thank you for changing the fries to what they are now!!!!(2/6/24) We had company and insisted we order a few pies and wings from Tomys to share with friends. Your customer service is above par and anytime my husband calls for any reason we are taken care of and spoken to respectfully. Your phone ladies are super polite and accommodating always repeating back the order to guarantee correctness. Customers for life. Thank you!

Uncle Tomys are a bunch of thieves. They're famous for overcharging unsuspecting customers. Just found out that they've been doing it to me for 7 years. When confronted about it, talking to some Zombie named Leo was as helpful as talking to a tree. He didn't care, no apology... NOTHING. Oh and they just started putting very little meat in their gristle steak sandwich. If you enjoy bread that tastes like steak meat, this dive is for you. I was a loyal customer for 7 years. NOT ANYMORE!

Worst customer service ever. Worst place I have ever been. Food quality was horrible I don't know how this place got anything over 1 star was at the children's hospital got this thinking it looked good but boy was I wrong. The absolute worst pizza and cheese
