The meat is pretty flavorless. The brisket has absolutely no smoke whatsoever. The tortillas come straight out of a bag. I don’t have too many great things to say about the tacos. The churros were ok. The parking situation isn’t great either. Won’t be going back, but I wish these guys the best.
After going vegan, I really missed Jackass Burritos with the queso and sour cream and shredded cheese and Spanish rice deliciousness that hits the spot when you’re THAT hungry. This place does all that totally vegan. I am in heaven that it exists not too far from me.
I love this place. They have burritos, I eat burritos, it was just meant to be.
We had ordered our meals using the selfserve kiosk. It was not user friendly in the least so the visit started out on a bad note. While waiting for our food someone started using an exceptionally loud industrial shop vac right next to a family eating. The manager said it couldn't be stopped. Has he not heard of a mop? While we had planned to eat in between ended up eating in our car. The noise was that loud with no end in sight. The food was decent. One weird thing was if I wanted my sauce on the taco -free, on the side - $0.50. the tiny plastic cup could not have cost more than $0.05. It was smaller than my chapstick.
I don’t like the food being that I’m Latin, the rice was flavorlist. If you’re going to serve Latin American food hire someone of Latin background that knows how the culture food is suppose to be made, yellow rice is not suppose to taste like that. If your going to appreciate the latin culture than please learn the ingredients that are supposed to placed inside the rice because if not it’s American non Mexican food.
Neighbors with the establishment. We get at least once a month. Love the build it yourself oldtimer burritos. Employees do a great job at making them. Always kind staff and extremely fast service. We order online and it’s ready in 15 minutes.
Place is a safe haven for anyone but especially those in recovery or are trying to find or get connect to resources for drug/alcohol abuse- free narcan, queer-friendly, community-driven
The food was really bad. Dry meat, tasteless salsa. Tastes like freezer-burnt, microwaved food. Incredibly overpriced. Will not be going back a second time.
This spot is amazing! The people here are great and their mission to help the community is truly a blessing!!
Please stop by and eat at this place! Your not just helping yourself by eating good, it goes right into the communuty!!!

Husband and I love this place, get food here at least once a month and it’s always fresh, hot and great. (And if you like sauces on your food, this is THE spot. They have so many options and you can load them up). This past time there was some sort of mess up with their online order system (Toast) and we went in and showed them and they honored the email and charge we got, which makes it feel like it’s a caring and family-like business.

Not good, nothing is fresh to cook. Tacos should be $2. Bad quality, corn pico is disgusting..
although the quality of the food was good, the portion size was lacking, and the overall price was staggering!

I love the idea of Unity and what they stand for, but my review of their taqueria is the same as their coffee shop.
The food is pretty good. Lots of vegetarian options. I've never seen anyone actually eat inside this place. It's cold and reminds me of a locker room. They do have some outdoor tables which I have seen people eat at, though it's along a very busy road.
Ordering is the same as their coffee shop, you poke at the screens in front of the workers without talking to anyone.
Again, overall great concept. I love that they hire formerly incarcerated folks and care about recovery. At the same time, it's still not giving community vibes inside the actual restaurant.
