Used to be a vibe, I used to love it here. Went last night for my cousins bday & the bartenders didn’t acknowledge us right away they had friends there & were just leaning on the bar chatting with them & not catering to everyone at the bar with any since of urgency. Didn’t really feel welcomed, they were giving hated vibes which I’m not used to when being there. Luckily we curated our own vibe at our end of the bar & made the best of it.
Upstairs I was charged for double shots when I asked for singles… I’m out $24 but whatever.
My cousin didn’t like her food so that also seems to have went downhill.
All in all it’s just not as inviting as it used to be so I probably won’t be back & that sucks. 2 stars for it being black owned.

I went for a fish fry, that was good. I was really disappointed that all of the alcohol I saw being replenished was " no name" (bottom shelf). I asked for a specific vodka, but was given something else without being told they didn't have what I asked for.
