The quality of the ice cream is excellent, but the service I experienced was extremely disappointing. It took 18 minutes to receive just two cups of ice cream due to the slow and inattentive work of the two employees on shift. The shop was very busy, yet they showed no sense of urgency and worked at an unreasonably slow pace. This lack of efficiency made what should have been a simple visit very frustrating.

I was staying near Van Leeuwen and honestly never noticed the shop until one night, coming back a bit late, I realized it was still open. I decided to stop by and check it out, and from that day on, it became part of my nightly routine during my trip.
They have a great variety of flavors, and everything I tried was excellent. My absolute favorite was the ice cream sandwich with vegan vanilla—simple but perfect. I also really enjoyed their vegan peanut butter brownie ice cream, which was rich, creamy, and seriously addictive.

Ice cream is great! But the staff is kinda slow, it takes so long for your turn !! It probably takes 10 minutes for 1 customer, and staff here are moving so slow without bothering about the long line outside.

The have changed their recipe. There was a strong and weird taste added to their ice cream this time. Also, I always ask them to give me just one scoop and they never listen and put more. I throw out the rest😕
There were three flavors, they were written in as they must have been out of what’s on the menu. No vegan cones when we were there, waffle cones are not vegan, but they have had cake cones in the past. Make sure you ask for samples! The cups were a tiny amount but very heavy and delicious. Just enough. Nice stop.
