Best Italian cream cake, cannolis & cookies in Philly

Their delivery driver ran through a stop sign and did not yield to pedestrians. I waved him down and then flipped me off. I am 9 months pregnant. Despicable.

The fresh loaf of bread I purchased would prove delicious. Beneath the gleaming counter, a variety of cookies and other sweets beckoned. Since resistance was futile, I enjoyed an espresso and sfogliatelle before leaving with the bread.

They have the best customer service. I got a cookie tin and canolis. Both were of such high quality. Great Italian bakery!

Day before Easter it’s was packed they were fully stocked and rose is so cute offering wine and cheese to people in line while waiting!!

Tiramisu and red velvet ice cream were amazing ... We also bought two different cannolis ... #sogood
The ice cream was very smooth and creamy. #flavorful

No questions about it the best family old school bakery. Mario and his mom are the nicest most generous business owners. I was born and raised in Philly and I moved away for military service and whenever I come back they hook me up with travel boxes for the cannolis. They are the best cannolis in the city. Yes, even better than the other two famous big named bakery’s. The cookies are buttery and flakey and delicious. Just try everything there 😂. Definitely stop by and get some old school Italian desserts and it will become your favorite spot in Philly to indulge in our Italian culture!!!

OMG I also had a bad experience with this Bakery!!! I ordered a cake and received the wrong cake for the holidays. I did give them a call when I got home but it was too late to go back to the bakery and I live 40 minutes away. They had nerve to tell me to come back on Christmas Day they are open. A holiday cooking and guest at my house and just come 40 minutes away on a Holiday!!! I go to this bakery allot and spend my hard earned money at this establishment. No More!!! TERMINIS IS THE PLACE TO GO AND THEY HONOR THERE CUSTOMERS. I HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH THEM A FEW MONTHS AGO THEY JUST SAID COME PICK UP ANOTHER CAKE AND THEY SAID YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BRING BACK THE ONE WE GAVE YOU. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My Mother is 76 years old and home bound, she would send a cab driver who does errands for her to go to this place for pastries at least 4 or more times a month, she lives at least 35 minutes away and pays her driver 40.00 every time he pick ups and takes her pastries over to her house. She spent allot of money in this bakery. So my mom ordered a Italian cream cake this Christmas Eve and she and some of her guest cannot eat peanuts so she special ordered the cake for Christmas Day, My Mom open the cake and ready to serve the cake for dessert and totally with peanuts, No one could eat the cake at all. So she had this cake since Christmas Eve in her refrigerator, My Mom calls the store today and tells them the situation. Mind you now my mom spent $40.00for the cake $40.00 for the cab driver, So so far $80.00 for this cake. The lady said just come in and pick up the cake today after Christmas, Now the cab driver gets there and would not give him the cake with out the other one!!! And they admitted they gave him the wrong cake. HORRIBLE, They wanted the other cake to resell after it sat in my mothers refrigerator. Any one could of touched it sneezed on it or god for bid spitted on it. But she said I am not giving you her cake until you go all the way to her house to pick up the other one. WHAT A DISGRACE!!! MY MOM IS A STEADY CUSTOMER FOR YEARS AND SPENT ALLOT OF MONEY IN THIS PLACE!!! THEY SHOULD BE ASHAME OF THEMSELVES AND THE POOR CAB DRIVER HAD TO GO ALL THE WAY TO HER HOUSE AND GO BACK TO THE BAKERY WITH THIS WRONG STALE CAKE THAT THEY WILL RESELL EITHER AS A WHOLE CAKE OR SLICES THAT OTHER PEOPLE HANDLED AND BREATHED ON IT, BEWARE OF THIS PLACE VERY RUDE AND ADMITTED IT WAS THERE MISTAKE, THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT THERE LOYAL CUSTOMERS. The most part is going to sell this cake to someone else after being in someones house. This place is not a nice place to deal with.
