Rich ... look him up in the Dictionary under "bartender extraordinaire" - He is super nice, very knowledgeable and makes you feel like family. This bar is not just that... the food is amazing! Varga Bar is a great spot for food + drink, located in Center City, Philadelphia!! I visited with friends this weekend while I was in town for a conference, and we had a great experience. The staff took great care of us during our meal. The atmosphere inside of this place is really cool, as there are dive bar feels to it, but the space is more cozy and inviting! For drinks, I tried their Strawberry Margarita, which tasted really good. But, their food was honestly the most amazing...

inviting crowd ...superb craft beer selection and a truly eclectic selection of international and regional bourbons and whiskeys. I will return! Rich made a great perfect Manhattan and a wonderful Boulevardier with Laphroaig.
