I’ve been to Vault + Vine for coffee several times and enjoyed it! However, last week was the first time I got flowers from there (or to be more specific, my husband got me flowers from there for my birthday). I am extremely disappointed because after only five days, my birthday flowers were all dried up and withered. We followed all the reasonable steps that typically make flowers last a while (I replaced the water twice and we cut the stems before putting them in water at home). That leaves me to think that they either sold my husband old flowers or that their quality is not very good. I don’t think I will be getting flowers from there again. This is extremely sad given the price point of their flowers/plants and also how much I enjoy their space.

I love plants so I was super excited about this place. However, I was extremely disappointed by the portions. I ordered the avocado toast and it was only ONE small slice for $10 dollars. I left hungry.

Really beautiful and cozy place. The rose gold drink that I had was really good. I had avocado toast it wasn’t anything special and pricey. The cashier was rude and threw the plate for my toast behind her on the next counter.

I wanted to order an iced coffee and was told “they will check if they have any” and then I was asked to “wrap back to the end of the line” even though we were waiting at the front. I don’t know why we couldn’t wait for the coffee at the front since we were in line. There were around 10 people in line at this point. It seemed like it was the greatest’s effort on earth for them to check if they had iced coffee at 9Am. Very poor service, quality of items is good but otherwise service is bottom tier. Not going back

The space is beautiful (who doesn’t love being surrounded by plants) but the coffee tastes consistently horrible. Every time I’ve gotten coffee here (espresso drinks and drip) it’s tasted super burnt.

I went to this cafe with a friend while visiting her at college and it was such a great experience. The East Falls Jefferson campus is super close and convenient to get to. There was plenty of parking too! The coffee was AMAZING!! I didn’t get the chance to try the food, but the menu looked great. This is a haven for plant and coffee lovers! I got the little orchid and I’m obsessed with it. The only reason why I knocked off a star is because it’a not an ideal space to get work done. Overall, I’ll definitely be back, just not with the intent of doing work haha.

I love this space!! You can really tell the owners really care about community, people, etc. I love the decorated space but also how sweet the owner/ workers are. There are community fridges, diaper stuff for kids as well as a lot of working space and a play space. This is a great business and I highly reccomend others to check it out!

My wife got her bridal bouquet from Vault & Vine and it was stunningly beautiful! They coordinated the colors/style with the silk flowers we used for the rest of our wedding florals and delivered it perfectly on the wedding day! We're so happy with how the bouquet came together!
