The bar tender & manger stop severing the moment they realized I wax REPUBLICAN!! Don’t stay there !!

Unfortunately, my experience with Vector left a lot to be desired. I ordered room service and the first red flag was the disconnect between the TV menu and the physical menu in the room—confusing and unhelpful.

When I called to place the order, the person on the phone sounded irritated and rushed. Not exactly welcoming. The food arrived unseasoned, lacked flavor, and to top it off, it wasn’t even what I ordered. I thought about calling back to correct it, but when the staff tells you they “have other things to do,” it makes it clear where their priorities lie.

Overall, the food wasn’t worth the price and the service didn’t help. Next time, I’ll skip the in-house dining and just order from nearby restaurants.

The food was mediocre to terrible, the bar was woefully understocked, and not all of the silverware or glasses were what I would call “clean.” 🤨 (My smash burger was so overcooked and dried out I felt bad for the cow.) It was like the management didn’t expect anyone to actually come in and ask for food or beverages or something. The bartender and server did the best they could I suppose, but I hope they find better gigs elsewhere soon for their sake.

Took hour and a half to get seated because the man at the front desk forgot to check me in I was a table of 5 and a table of 7 that walked in after me got seated first

Food is poorly prepared institutional quality and the prices are way too high for the quality of the dishes. For the dishes served, the prices should be half of what they are.

Nestled in the base of the open atrium of the airport Sheraton suites, the wooden vaulted ribbed “roof” of the eating and seating area is vaguely suggestive of a half flying saucer space frame. Pictures of engines decorate the walls. I had breakfast and it was peak generic but good. The staff are friendly and efficient, but the place was nearly empty.

They wanted to sleep 5 adults in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 3 adults in a double bed, as if we were children. The girl at the reception completely rude and not fit to help us. Unsuitable. Shame on you!

We have been at the hotel for 1 night with a group of 13: they sold us a room with 4 bed places for 5 persons. In one of the room, the second queen bed was a sofa bed and they told us that we should have prepared the linen by ourselves. The receptionist was unable to provide any logical justification: eventually , we were obliged to take an additional room. Finally, 4 identical rooms paid with 4 different prices and again without explanation.

I would like to express my feelings of gratitude for the customer service that I received from Charmaine (front desk). She fast, and efficient and kind, which positively impacted my experience at the Sheraton.

Mecchi was fabulous. I needed an early check in and he got me right in . He definitely went above and beyond. The room was very clean . The bartender was the best . I'm definitely coming here when I come back to Philadelphia.
