Nestled in the base of the open atrium of the airport Sheraton suites, the wooden vaulted ribbed “roof” of the eating and seating area is vaguely suggestive of a half flying saucer space frame. Pictures of engines decorate the walls. I had breakfast and it was peak generic but good. The staff are friendly and efficient, but the place was nearly empty.

I never received my confirmation but one quick call to the front desk and Mecchi saved the day! He was very professional, answered all my questions, and sent the confirmation before I could hang up the phone. He was also able to assist with other confirmations for people in my group. Thank you Mecchi!

I would just like to say that Shawn on the night team is amazing and is heartfelt !!!! Whether you're a crew member or customer is Shawn will make sure that he takes care of you! One time I had a terrible night and wanted to cry and I needed hug and Shawn was there ! To the hotel manager please take care him ! He is the best !

HORRIBLE!!! Took me longer to get a shuttle from the terminal to hotel than to get to Philly from NYC on AMTRAK! Through repeated calls to hotel from terminal and waiting on curb for 90 minutes, what a waste! Checking in, I got a I DO APOLOGIZE but no surprise or curiosity about how that could happen. No sense of ownership or responsibility or determination to fix it. Hotel itself was fine, but I'm afraid it will be a long time before I go anywhere near a Sheraton again. All because of lousy shuttle!

We stayed overnight for a concert at Wells Fargo. Everyone was very nice especially the girl at the bar that brought us food and few drinks. Overall I didnt have any complaints until I tried to purchase a few snacks at the front desk. Shawn was simply RUDE! i was at the window by the snacks and he refused to walk ten feet to me as he leaned over the counter doing nothing but looking at his phone. He insisted I bring my purchase to him. I received a receipt on a post it note paper that I'm thinking is not hotel policy. I paid cash so as not to even leave my name. Shawn should definitely not be your front desk representative of your hotel. He seems to think I should be grateful for him to take my money. You should be ashamed of yourself Sheraton for letting that person be your face.

Shawn checked us in, for a late evening arrival. He was a hoot!Room is spacious, with modern decor, blackout shades make sleeping in, easy, AC was nice and cold, fridge had a little freezer compartment that refroze my ice packs, and the bedroom being tucked behind the living room door made outside noises non existent.All in all, it was a very pleasant stay for a short night!

If there were an email to send this review to, I would. But, alas, Marriott doesn't have an email address for customer service on the website. What happened to the Sheraton brand??! Holy crap. It has fallen far. My toddler stepped on a black screw and handed it to me. The mattress looks like someone died in it. Walls dented. Black hair on floor in bathroom. This is sad. Sheraton used to be on par with Westin. Or at least I thought it was...z

They wanted to sleep 5 adults in a room with a double bed and a sofa bed. 3 adults in a double bed, as if we were children. The girl at the reception completely rude and not fit to help us. Unsuitable. Shame on you!

We have been at the hotel for 1 night with a group of 13: they sold us a room with 4 bed places for 5 persons. In one of the room, the second queen bed was a sofa bed and they told us that we should have prepared the linen by ourselves. The receptionist was unable to provide any logical justification: eventually , we were obliged to take an additional room. Finally, 4 identical rooms paid with 4 different prices and again without explanation.

Mecchi was fabulous. I needed an early check in and he got me right in . He definitely went above and beyond. The room was very clean . The bartender was the best . I'm definitely coming here when I come back to Philadelphia.

Mecchi gave me excellent, prompt service. As soon as i walked in the property i felt extremely welcome and all of my issues were handled promptly. The rooms were beautiful I will gladly come back.

I checked in at the front desk Mecchi and he was helpful and accommodating. Helped us solve some issues and made everything very easy for us. Would definitely recommend the hotel as they were really nice and helpful.

The room was amazing for the price we paid as a large-ish group (group of 5). Mr Mecchi the front desk agent was very friendly and accommodating, helping resolve an issue we any issue we had in regards to our stay. I would definitely recommend this place for a budgeted stay close to the airport.
