Food was nasty as hell my granddaughter bought 2 orders of chicken wings and fries. Which cost 22.00$.She swiped her debit card to pay for it. And they took off 27.00, saying she tipped them 5$. Never again then they had, the nerve to say , they have nothing to do with it.

I really wanted to love it. It's black-owned, it's soul food, and it's in my community. However, my experience was subpar. The food was just ok. My husband and I wanted to sit in for lunch, but it was way too hot in there, so we decided to order takeout. I had seafood rolls and salmon and shrimp alfredo. The flavor was just ok, there was plenty of salmon in it, but the sauce was watery and lacked flavor. The shrimp were cooked well. The seafood rolls were crunchy but the seafood was simply light. My husband enjoyed his jerk chicken, but the sides were just ok. The price was reasonable. I may give them one more try, but definitely ordering something else if I ever go back.

I couldn't believe the actual food I was given from the dried over cooked small rubbery shrimp to the chicken fingers ?I paid $32 for 2 shrimp platters & 2 chicken fingers platters. Y'all have to do better

Decided to try this place around me. Searching for the seafood. I got the shrimp rolls, it was supposed to be $8 but i guess adding a sauce is $2, cause it came out to 10. I thought it was fried well, and the onions came out right, but you can see, there is literally 1 shrimp per cut, so you get like 4 shrimp per order... alas not a great experience in one of the many food places in germantown
Veelicious food is so good and tasty and fresh it's like a good home cook meal she has that mother touch in the kitchen. I always get turkey wings and mashed potatoes and creamy spinach so good .who ever goes to Ms Veelicious you are not going to stop coming once you taste her food you will be back for sure.

One time I ordered chicken wings and they tasted like fish. Recently I went back and The grease was old and black made my food nasty as hell. They definitely lost their touch. And the food pricey for nothing smh
