Stopped into the Philly Airport location with my husband and pup. The team was so friendly, thoughtful and accommodating. The attended to every detail perfectly, down to making sure our pooch had water. Highly recommend.

Two people working but it took over 30 minutes for each customer to receive. One at a time. Terribly slow service. Had to cancel our food order.

Shiqille and Rachel were absolutely a joy. Helped pick an amazing wine for me to try (perfect choice by the way) and made the visit and long wait in the terminal bearable. Highly recommend Vino Volo and these two gems!

I only had a glass of rose brut, no food, but it was wonderful! The bartender in Concourse C of Philly was really pleasant and service was fast. Nice place to sit while waiting for a flight.

Thank god you hired new staff. Had an awful experience in Oct. The new staff are attentive, fast and provide exceptional customer service. Wine excellent,food delicious, great experience.

I did enjoy their wine selections.Especially “Summer sparklers” Wine pairs are fairly priced.I salute to sommelier behind it.Service is a-bit rude. Both female and male Emps had altitudes.

The kitchen has been closed forever so don't expect to get food. They also advertise to go glasses/bottles but don't have the glasses or wine bags to enable it. This place has gone downhill - I wish it would go back to normal!

Really great stop during a long layover at PHL, a wonderful bartender. Wine honestly wasn't that great, but I had a great time hanging out at the bar and eating a cheese plate.

Service was slow today and the only gentlemen working today Jan 16th 2023 at 2pm EST was talking on phone and using profane language. Not what you want to hear in this type of establishment when all you want is to enjoy your meal and relax.

I tried this place twice. Worst Vino Volo I've been too. The first time, about a month ago, the kitchen was closed, so no food. This time there was no server, so no service. Odd, because there was a bartender and the person working that told me about no service.

Nice spot in the airport. Kitchen was closed so just had the tasting wine menu which was really nice. The description of the wine was on the board. Price was decent for 3 glasses of wine

The food is not good at all. A glass of wine it is very price for the quality of the wine.
