Walked up 40 minutes before close to order a bottle to go. The employee raced to the door to lock it before we walked in and yelled “no we’re closed”. When I clarified we were just ordering a bottle she still waived us off.

I would Never Come again.
Dont Go. There are way better places in the right Next door.
The place is really nice on the INSIDE but the food IS way over priced. The portions are way smaller than the Pictures the owner Put on Google 7years ago.
WE had a wine flight (custom) and asked for dealer choice of American Red wines. WE got one White wine. After menioning this to the server He Just didnt Care.
WE also Had the cheese and mear Board wich was mediocer. They Just we're Out of some stuff and instead of telling us straight forward they Just didnt serve them. After checking the menu and asking for them WE Just got a oh WE forgot and oh WE are Out... Would have been nice to know bevor ordering. Just a rip Off. I really didnt want to pay but was with a girl so i didnt make a scene about IT.
No effords by the waiter to make IT right we're taken, No appology No compemsation
... Just a horrible way to expensive evening. Passing by the other places and seeing some really nice looking olives Made me even more sad.

It’s not a place I would recommend. Service is slow with the place empty it took 20 mins for a drink. And it wasn’t very good either

The atmosphere is spot on if you’re looking for swanky and intimate. The manager and I chatted about the artwork on the wall. What a wonderful selection. Will be back soon.

Vintage is always my first stop for a glass (or three - ha!) of wine with local friends and visitors alike. Incredibly impressed by the knowledge of the staff, variety of wines, and incredible food. Sarah is always happy to walk me through a tasting or surprise me with the latest red they have in. Love love love this place and the folks that work here!

I really wanted to enjoy my time here. My partner and I really care about wine, and I’m particularly fond of Greek wines. When I saw they had a Greek flight on the menu, I was excited to go and made a trip of it. We were seated and brought water, and ordered a ($35!) flight of Greek wines. The server brought them back, and only at that point disclosed that one of the wines was unavailable and had been swapped out. I wish I had been told that when I was ordering, I would have changed my order. The first wine we ordered smelled off—I know natural, funky wines. This had the tell-tale wet cardboard dishwater aroma of something gone wrong. The substituted wine was bland and uninteresting, and the red was okay. I would have been happy to chat through the notes with my server if they had checked in on our table once. Despite looking around the restaurant and not touching ⅔ of our wines, we were only spoken to when we directly asked to get our check. We paid, and I would have mentioned something about the wine if I had been asked or if I had even had a moment with our server at the table before they walked away. So I spent $35 ($38 after tax) on a mediocre glass of red instead. Needless to say I will not be returning.

$14.50 for a glass of Sauvignon Blanc. Seriously? Not even served full. Too expensive and disappointing pour. Forget it. Never again

Had a great time! Sarah was super friendly and knowledgeable. She recommended the perfect wine and made the whole experience really enjoyable. I am visiting from out of town but would definitely come back!

From now on, I’ll come here to try the great wine selection. The food, however, is average at best.

I have to say this is one of the most wonderful places not only in Philadelphia but beyond. The food is absolutely spectacular. The service is incredible. The location is perfect. It’s great if you want to stop in and just have a glass of wine, but also if you want to have a full dinner.

I also just want to add I accidentally left my credit card here and they not only held it, but wrote back to me right away on a private message on social media And made it so easy for me to pick it up the next day. They went out of their way to make it super easy. This is the kind of establishment that everyone should support.

I had an uncomfortable experience at this restaurant a few weeks back. I took my friends here from out of town and we felt like we got treated very childishly because we’re younger. I love wine and I know what I’m talking about - I asked for the waiter’s favorite dry red. I told him I don’t like sweetness at all. He brought me back a tasting glass and we just didn’t like the notes. I asked him for another recommendation as the bottles are around $70 each, so there’s no way we’re settling for wine we don’t like (as is our right). He brought back another woman, maybe a manager, who was extremely condescending. She poured us another tasting glass and it was SWEET! My understanding of the situation is that these people don’t think we know what we’re talking about; they assumed because I didn’t like the notes of the wine that I didn’t like dry wine, but that’s just not the case. I told her this and she smiled briefly, but my friends and I noticed as she turned away that she rolled her eyes and made a face to her coworkers. This really upset me, as I told them exactly what I wanted and was just trying to get a bottle of wine for my friends in town. We ended up accepting the third tasting we got just so we could cordially leave but we didn’t really love it.

The most frustrating part of this interaction was that we were charged automatic gratuity despite having 1 less patron than required for this charge. The table had 4 patrons and the menu, which I’ve attached a photo of, specifically says automatic gratuity is applied only to parties of 5 or more. So not only did we get subpar service, but we were also charged for it. I would not have tipped these people 20%.

Such as life. I will not be back.

When you think wine bar, you think elegance, class. You don't think 'some dude in a hoodie cards you while barely looking up from his phone'. I'll give them this - they know how to set your expectations low to make the whole experience less underwhelming.

Highly recommend. Great wines on tap + steak tartare. Staff takes care of you there and the ambiance is swanky and romantic.
