The bubble tea is ok however the service is awful. The female cashier with short hair is really rude and has a bad attitude. I asked her simple question but she couldn’t understand me. She treated me in a very unfriendly manner, the manager needs to train her.
The texture is terrible. Super disappointed.
We stopped by Vivi Bubble Tea while visiting Philadelphia’s Chinatown. The milk tea shop we originally wanted to visit was closed, so we came here without much expectation — and we were pleasantly surprised.
We ordered the brown sugar bubble milk tea and the salt & pepper popcorn chicken. The milk tea was good — creamy with a nice sweetness, and the boba had a pretty good chew. Not the best we’ve ever had, but definitely solid.
The popcorn chicken, however, completely stole the show. Freshly fried, super crispy on the outside, juicy inside, with seasoning that hits just right — a perfect snack pairing with milk tea. We honestly didn’t expect it to be this good. Highly recommend ordering it if you come here!
A great spot for a quick drink and a delicious bite when exploring Chinatown. We’d come back just for the popcorn chicken!
In both orders of our popcorn chicken there were hairs mixed into it, and in 1 of our bubble teas there was also hair mixed into it, when we tried calling for support they didn’t answer.
I love Vivi's because I know I can find hot boba tea here in the cold winter months. Their menu is clearly marked to show what drinks the make hot, I tried the hot Vivi tea with Boba on my last visit, which I suppose is just a normal milk tea. Which is delicious nonetheless. The sitting area is cute and clean, I love the touches of pink. It's a comfortable place to enjoy a drink. I never tried the food here, but they have a lot of options.
Vivi signature FT is way to sour
Don’t waist your time going here the staff is rude. GONGCHA is way better and nicer
Its pretty good
Nothing crazy thought but the price is solid and the tea is ok.
Delightful place serving delicious drinks. I didn't have their food just had some drinks. But they were delicious.
Got the regular thai tea boba, it was delicious! Boba is perfectly chewy and the tea isnt too sweet. My friend got the matcha slush and she really enjoyed it!

I was being followed and stalked by a man, he stayed outside the store and looked as if he was waiting for me to leave the store. I told the cashier that I felt unsafe and see if they could do something; all they did was tell me that the store was closing. Basically, they told me, “No, we can’t do anything can you leave?”
I myself wanted French fries, but I didn't know if there were French fries in it, so I asked the clerk if there were French fries. She said yes, so I asked how much it was. She said 5.40 yuan, and I said I could have one. After going home and eating, I found that it was not French fries. When I wanted to order a salted crispy chicken, but the food inside was not bad and delicious.
A great boba spot to grab a snack and hang out with friends! The popcorn chicken is always great and there’s lots of variety of drinks. I like that they have a lot of seating here and don’t rush you along. I’d recommend this place for sure :)
Not always my first stop if I just want to get a drink and go, but if I’m out with friends and we need a snack - perfect!
I ordered a oreo crème brûlée today and there was a literal piece of stick in the drink.
First time ordering from Vivian bubble tea, it was midnight so didn’t really get too much big stuff so brought a curry popcorn chicken surprisingly it taste good, idk other people taste buds but love the curry strong taste!
