Wadsworth Pizza & Deli

Paid $15 for a small buffalo chicken pizza and what I got was some inedible dough with pizza sauce and non melted cheese . When I called to speak to the manager he wanted to make me a new pizza. I said No. let me show you the pizza. He said he knew what it looked like. And I asked him why did you sale it to me. He said either way it’s a buffalo chicken Pizza. Just stop eating out these people are charging high as prices to feed us like dogs. Please send my refund immediately.

There were only eight pieces of pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza, which was the almost like a cheese pizza with a couple pieces of pepperoni on it. I called back to tell him about it.And I just said, oh, i'm sorry. They never offer to corrected it or get a new one

First I ordered a chicken cheese steak with light fried onions, ketchup, and mayo. It was so delicious and fresh. It was cooked to perfection. The second thing I ordered was cheese steak stromboli with sauce on the side and it was the best stromboli I ever ordered. I will definitely keep coming back. The prices are also affordable. Thank you

I've been a patron of Wadsworth for a good amount of time. Today rather than ordering over the phone I went in. The cook was leaning on the entry door smoking and using her phone. When I placed my order she came in and took a bite of her pizza sitting on the table covered it then went to put gloves on to make my salads. I politely asked the nice receptionist to ask (Jakie) the cook to wash her hands before handling my food and she got an instant attitude. Everyone in food service knows that after using your dirty phone, smoking , and using the bathroom You Must WASH YOUR HANDS before putting on gloves. I was disgusted because she tried to state that she was not doing anything wrong .... I've never had any issues like this since I've been going here.. beware who makes your food..

Second time here was referred by a friend plus I grew up in the neighborhood service horrible she’s standing there with headphones in not a hi hello or anything eyeing people down just horrible but not surprised this is what you get in certain areas!

I ordered a cheeseburger no cheese with fries. It was specified on the order not to have cheese fried cheese so I called to have order corrected since I'm allergic to cheese what they sent back was not an Angus burger at all it was burnt barely any meat and not delicious! Very dissatisfied 😡

Everytime I order its something missing and they’re closest to me so it’s more convenient but now I know why I just go elsewhere

Just a little skimpy on the cheesestake meat, and skimpy on the beef pepperoni on there pizzas

The service here is absolutely HORRIBLE from the manager. Food was skimpy, and now how consistent it usually is and it’s very disappointing. Talking to the manager on the phone, I let him know it was barely ANY ketchup and his was response was “well what do you want me to drown it with ketchup” and then followed up by saying “well it’s a Friday night what do you expect” I expect my food to be right and not look like that. SMH! And they didn’t use any gloves to make the order!

NOPE! I ordered a cheesesteak from here, halfway thru eating the first half something was caught in my throat. I had to cough it out and wow! It was the corner piece of an American Cheese Wrapper! How Trifling! I know mistakes happened, but seriously? I brought it back, the manager briefly apologized and showed it to the cook who didn’t even bat an eye of concern. The manager offered another remake but I just wanted my money back. So i was refunded and that was my FIRST and LAST time ever going to that place.
