The pizza is good but this is just sad. Everyone knows that you can’t just let a hot pizza slide all over the place. I keep trying to give this pizza store a chance and every time they let me down. Like my pizza should not looks this. I tipped for this. Smh.

The food is somewhat solid but the service is terrible. They messed up my order, and I called to see if I could simply get Caesar dressing as my chicken Caesar wrap did not have any. The lady on the phone is such a sweetheart and stated she was going to speak to her manager and explain the situation. However, she was met with a lot of hostility and back and forth from her “manager”. I was able to hear everything he said to her, and it was not nice. This is not the first time this has happened as I have witnessed this happen to her MULTIPLE times. It unfortunate, unacceptable, and unprofessional! I cannot support a business who treats their employees like this. Try Fiesta instead.

If I could give a zero star I would and I’ll be sure to never spend my money here again. My food arrived earlier than expected which I’m grateful for however wasn’t able to get to the delivery guy once he arrived at that time. The food was already paid for so when he called I asked him to leave the food at the door he then said “I have to verify a person” I said okay be right down and as I’m walking down to get to the door he threw my food at my door. I asked him did he just throw my food at my door and he threw his middle finger up and jumped in his car. You don’t know who your deal with in Philly these days and it cost nothing to be professional at all times. I’m the one you don’t want problems with and jumping in the car and leaving was his best bet. I called to make a compliant and the manager was no better. I didn’t get any help and they couldn’t give me a solution to the problem. Once I opened the bag to check the food the platter that the food was in was all busted and my food was all over the place. I highly wouldn’t recommend. THERE HORRIBLE AND HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Ordered a cheesesteak Stromboli and was debating if I should ask for extra sauce but I didn’t because it’s 2.53 via door dash which is crazy because low and behold the Stromboli is as dry as a cracker, no sauce. It’s not a Stromboli without sauce. The fact that I opened it up and there was just pieces of tomato sauce debris. So y’all want to charge $3 for extra sauce but ain’t no sauce even on it? Never ordering again.

I ordered from them.for the past 3 yrs maybe the fact that this is the first time I've ordered mozzarella fries, and it's hair in my fries the manager said he would remake them and to send the bad order back. I never received my new fries and they just lost a customer. I literally order from them 3 times a week if not

I place a order for a corned beef and turkey hoagie who puts mustard on top of the hoagie everything with wet I ask for a 20oz ginger ale I received a 2 liter and charged for it was well.SMH my French fries was cold in a bag with lot of ketup could not eat then. Not sure what happen today but my experience was not good ?
