First time at Walnut Garden and wow — my friend and I had an absolute blast! Cedric and Omar, the amazing security team, didn’t just keep the place safe, they also gave us the coolest rundown about the garden. The managers and staff were all awesome, and the drinks? Incredible. You HAVE to try the Federal Cucumber.

I had been to Walnut Garden a few times, but when my friend was getting engaged I knew this would be an awesome place for us friends and family to meet up afterwards at. I had done outreach to management from the website and they were so helpful in helping us coordinate a small area for us to gather and celebrate. Stephanie was so kind and communicative in helping us coordinate and day of Melissa was on top of everything. Would highly recommend checking out this beer garden before the season ends!

Love the atmosphere, definitely a popular spot in warmer weather. As the temperature cools there's a brief period before the heaters come out that it tends to be less busy (not a bad thing since it's generally so popular) and things ramp up a bit again when the heaters come out and they close up the tent to keep it warm and cozy. Good music, good vibes all around.

A Nice little pop-up! The drinks were tasty, and the food was as well, it was a little pricey, but the food was worth it!!
was super excited to go here but the extremely rude and dismissive female bouncer refused to let me in despite having a real ID where I am of age. she told me she needed a second opinion from management then refused to call this manager over, telling me “he’ll get here when he gets here” and had me stand and wait outside while my friends were inside. we ultimately decided to leave. super bummed because it looks great inside but ill never go back if i have to deal with this bouncer and her disrespect again.

Walnut Garden is a very chill lowkey spot. Perfect for football Sundays. The staff is extremely friendly. It’s a perfect vibe for a girls night out. Great ambiance for picture taking. Strong Drinks and the cheese steaks were amazing. Everything was of reasonable pricing. Security Marcel and Cedric were very Pleasant . Cedric was very professional, very attentive and went out of his way to make sure my group and I were okay throughout the night. I’ve been back 4 times already. I would highly recommend.

They must have changed their vibes (or are different during the day) because I don't understand the lower rating. I love eating and drinking outside, which can be tough to find in Philly. The location is great and everyone working was very nice - the bouncer type guy at the front even directed us to food/drinks and how to order. The drinks were good and we could taste the alcohol. Everything we ordered came out fast. We loved looking up at the buildings and being surrounded by plants. Would love to come back!
