I always love to say positive things but nothing here was positive except for the friendly employee. I ordered a Pastrami Reuben sandwich and a cup of coffee to share. We could not eat the sandwich because the meat was so tough, dark, dry and fatty. We ended up removing the meat and just ate the bread, a small amount of cheese and an equally small amount of sauerkraut. The coffee was like warm, which the employee gladly replaced but the second cup was no better. So frustrating. We will never come back.

Food and drinks were decent, but on the pricier end for sure. Chaotic inside on a Sunday morning.
With that said, we ordered 2 lattes and 1 breakfast sandwich. Sandwich came out in 5 mins. We waited for our drinks for over 30 mins. When we asked about them, we were just told they were coming and the staff proceeded to avoid us as we continued to wait. After waiting for over 30 mins and already done our sandwich, we decided to respectfully ask for a refund. The manager was rude, acted like the 2 drinks on the counter were ours and just sitting there, even though it wasn’t even what we ordered and we already saw them on the counter with a different order number. She then proceeded to give us the one drink that was sitting there and then make us our other one. Never even tried to apologize to us or even look at us, honestly. They kept blaming it on how busy it was, which would be completely understandable if all the people who ordered after us hadn’t received their drinks long ago.
As people who live in the area, it would be very convenient for us to frequent here for coffee and a quick bite. However, we will not be back and would rather walk farther to support a small business that actually treats their customers with respect.

Frequent customer at the warehouse, the coffee and food are good. However, the matcha is disappointing. Every time there is never enough matcha in it and it taste like plain milk :(

It was great, I came in to work... although the number of people made it hard for video meetings, everything else was great. Spacious, outdoor seating, free wifi. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich and rasberry matcha latte to eat in with a pumpkin croissant to go for later. All were very well made and great treasure and quality! No complaints

My first negative experience was when I hurried to get here before closing and arrived 20 minutes before their listed close time and they were already closed. I'm not trying to sound entitled and I understand places stopping the kitchen and espresso machines a bit before closing so they can clean up, but the entire shop was closed you couldn't even get a bottle from the fridge.
Secondly, they are really inconsistent. First time I had the oat draft latte it was fantastic, the next 3 times it was very underfilled. I had similar experiences with their pumpkin spice and normal lattes which sometimes are fairly good and sometimes are really bad.
The first time I had the vegan burrito it came with a good sized side of nice crunchy potato wedges. Today it came with a tiny portion of barely cooked potatoes and my drink was really bad.
I simply can't recommend it because the experience is so random each time, and my drink actually being good is more of an exception than the standard. Great location though.
This cafe feels like a hidden gem with its relaxed atmosphere and great coffee. Perfect spot to unwind or get some work done.

Just had the best honey hot chicken sandwich in my life. Wish I took a picture before I scarfed it all down. Props to whoever made it. A really nice cut of chicken, lightly breaded, perfect heat, awesome with the slaw and cooper cheese. Thanks guys, I'll be back next week.

The location (with a view of Eastern State) is awesome by itself, but the food is actually really great, as is the music, the interior, and the staff. Service is fast, too.

Smoked salmon sandwich is 10/10.
Edit 9/14: smoked salmon sandwich was a miss today. The ingredients were far less fresh and the cut of salmon was worse. Disappointed about the lack of consistency but I will keep coming for sure.

Too many people taking up spaces on computers instead of eating, service was fine but EXPENSIVE, be mindful that the prices are not displayed except for the pastries. Otherwise it was a good place by other city's standards but way below Philly's standards when it comes to food and atmosphere.

We had a nice breakfast experience here. The food and coffee left little to be desired and the environment was charming and loaded with customers. The breakfast burrito is worth a try!

Downside, no refills on coffee. Scone was a little dry. Coffee is very good.
