My first visit here wasn't the best but I decided to give it another try. The staff in the food area are extremely immature and do not pay attention to detail. They are more focused on personal conversations rather than making food. On both occasions my food order was incorrect which is hard to understand since they should be reading from a screen. As mentioned earlier, they are immature, do not pay attention to detail. Hire new staff who have a sense of work ethic.

How do you not have bags? You're not saving the planet, nor is it a company-wide policy! They're giving stacks of them away FOR FREE in Montco and Bucks counties. You also need to hire register workers.

Went there to cash a $180 lottery ticket and was told they had no money to cash it. 1st why even have lottery if you don't have funds to cash tickets?Or turn the machine off. 2nd.Why lie as I KNOW they have the money to cash it they just don't want to!!!!

If I could leave 0 star review I would Just stoped by the store and there was handwritten note that they are closed , even though the lady clearly saw me standing by the entrance door and didn’t tell me that they are This store is 24/7 and it’s clearly not true Zero customer service zero customer support I would never recommend this store

Went into the Wawa and there was a guy named Joe behind the counter who was trying to scam me out of $10 , he would not stop trying to confuse me with the math of the transaction and he also said several racist remarks and also disrespect my autistic child , this is unacceptable and he need to be fired , the manager Alex also didn’t try to defuse the situation and stood on the side line
