I walked into the store and I went to order a hoagie and Niame a wonderful worker came from behind the counter and helped me every step of the way regarding, ingredients, bread and seasoning he was such a gentleman that I told the assistant manager on duty. I will go back to this location due to Niame excellent customer service hopefully I have the correct spelling of his name. Between 4-6pm was my visiting time.

I walked in the first Wawa and there employer said they don't have restroom here! I can't believe that I went to almost around 70 Wawa never heard about no restroom! I don't know either employer don't want me to use it or they actuall don't have restroom 🚺!!!

Friendly employees and clean, but every time I come here there are homeless panhandlers who insist on opening the door for me as I enter and exit. Why is this store unable or unwilling to keep people from loitering? Maybe they need to switch to sliding glass doors that can’t be held by a person

I want to give a huge shoutout to Shelly at the Wawa on South Street in Philadelphia for her absolutely incredible customer service. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with genuine warmth and made the entire experience feel personal and uplifting. In a world where good service can feel rare, Shelly stood out for her patience, attentiveness, and positive energy.

She went out of her way to help me with my order, made great recommendations, and made sure everything was perfect before I left. You can tell she truly cares about the customers and takes pride in her work. It’s small gestures like hers that turn a quick store visit into a memorable experience.
