Can you imagine what kind of employees you say this is necessary no one listens to the person they do not consider very bad attitude to clients I think we need to review the staff I hope the management will hear us and take action immediately

The cashier named CeCe was extremely nice to the client who is ahead of me. When it was my turn, she told me to go back to the line. When the person behind me told her that we thought there’s two line, she just stand there and refuse to do her job.

There’s no manager or supervisor around to talk to, and it is truly disgusting attitude that CeCe provides.

Ordered pickup through Uber eats. They originally tried to give me a completely different person's order, then had to completely remake mine and doused my snack wrap in hot sauce despite there being no mention of that anywhere in the description or pictures of the item. Uber eats denied the refund.

I heard a lot about this place and was excited to try it with my wife. When we entered the place, the floor was dirty, the atmosphere was dark and depressing, the no direction from where you should make your order or pay. When you ask any of the employees, they make you feel like you’re wasting their time. It was a clear demonstration of highly disengaged employees and horrible customer service. Even when I did my order by myself on the screen, they managed to give me totally different order. If there was any score less than one, I would definitely give it to them.

This location is nice mainly because of the seating area and restrooms. I do wish these amenities stayed open after 3pm. My roast beef hoagie and self serve coffee were both perfect! ??☕
I had to wait a few minutes for a seat however I was glad to be able to sit down and eat because other Wawa locations don't offer that. I would come again!!

I ordered a simple wrap with a side of Mac & cheese, while the wrap was okay, they gave me a small cup when I ordered a medium cup, & there was no macaroni at all in the cup it was just cheese in it, absolutely unacceptable.

If you are a paying customer and want to sit down in all the seating and couches they have available and unused that’s too bad. The security guard was very kind and said to ask the manager if I could sit and eat my sandwich since it was just me and I just wanted to sit in a chair. Unfortunately the manager didn’t even look at me and just shook her head when I asked. It was 100 degrees outside and I guess they don’t want people to stay cool and safe, even if they pay $10 for their food. Why even have the seating area at all.

I made an order in the kiosk and there were no cashiers or clear signage showing where to pay. Meanwhile, the staff was unprofessional and would not answer my question of where to pay, and completely ignored me. The cashier was at the other side of the store which was difficult for me because I’m disabled with limited mobility. They also didn’t label my frozen drink when they made it and allowed it to melt, and it could’ve been taken by someone else. I’m not coming back here again because of the blatant disregard for customers and lack of accessible signage.

bathrooms were closed, seating area was closed, poor customer service, poor service in general. ordered 3 small lattes and took almost 30min to get them. I do not recommend this wawa to anyone.
