This is definitely my favorite Wawa in the city
Bathrooms are only open from 7-4pm like what?
It was definitely very big but not as much seating. I expected them to have more merch or Wawa exclusive items but it really just seemed like a generic Wawa. The drink menu was the same like any other Wawa. Nothing that was special about that place. They had a couple shirts though and Wawa ice cream. Apart from that, it's pretty eh. Brought a friend here for them to see the world's biggest wawa but we were kind of disappointed. Don't think we'd make the trip back here again tbh.
This is definitely a great Wawa location. And it’s right in the birthplace of our nation. The store is absolutely amazing and it’s very large. This area is so rich in history. They have great staff and security. Unfortunately, they have a lot of young people trying to steal things like a bunch of savages, but security always has things under control.
Don’t purchase any food or drink after 4 PM, they won’t allow you to sit here even if it’s pouring down rain outside. Not your typical Wawa experience.
This location is an embarrassment to Philadelphia. The shelves are never fully stocked and there is trash everywhere. Only one register open and a long line.
No restrooms for the public after 4 pm yet you can still eat and drink there. Makes zero sense.
No seating or bathrooms after 4pm in one of the busiest tourist areas... what a joke of a store.
Can you imagine what kind of employees you say this is necessary no one listens to the person they do not consider very bad attitude to clients I think we need to review the staff I hope the management will hear us and take action immediately

The ordering system is a mess (mix-ups) and the staff have a different definition of nice to the rest of humanity.

closing a bathroom at 4pm in a high volume foot traffic and tourist arwa is a classy move wawa
The cashier named CeCe was extremely nice to the client who is ahead of me. When it was my turn, she told me to go back to the line. When the person behind me told her that we thought there’s two line, she just stand there and refuse to do her job.
There’s no manager or supervisor around to talk to, and it is truly disgusting attitude that CeCe provides.

Ordered pickup through Uber eats. They originally tried to give me a completely different person's order, then had to completely remake mine and doused my snack wrap in hot sauce despite there being no mention of that anywhere in the description or pictures of the item. Uber eats denied the refund.

I heard a lot about this place and was excited to try it with my wife. When we entered the place, the floor was dirty, the atmosphere was dark and depressing, the no direction from where you should make your order or pay. When you ask any of the employees, they make you feel like you’re wasting their time. It was a clear demonstration of highly disengaged employees and horrible customer service. Even when I did my order by myself on the screen, they managed to give me totally different order. If there was any score less than one, I would definitely give it to them.
