Philadelphia wawas are deplorable as it is, but this location specifically, I stopped here every night about the same time between 5:30 and 6:00 at night, there is never coffee made not any coffee not one particular all coffee out, they need to fire the entire staff and bring some real people in here I think the problem is they hire anybody that walks through the door.

Visited this wawa to talk to someone before I placed a catering order of salad, yes salad . I spoke wirh Mike a very nice , helpful and polite manager there who assured me and basically promised me 2 pans of salad . He again assured me that the order comes with 2 pans . He said that when he made a order for that it was 2 pans. I ordered the salads for the morning of Nov. 16th and a hour before pickup a young lady named Tatiana called me and told me that I was only getting one salad. I explained to her that the manager Mike assured me that it comes with 2 and she said he must have been confused. After about 5 min of speaking with her she told me that she would make 2. My original order was to have one pan romaine lettuce and the other iceberg lettuce . She read off the order to me and said shs was going to make both salads. I was extremely upset , that she waited until an hr before pickup to call and tell me that. My husband picked up the order, after seeing how big the box was that the salad came in there was noway that only one salad came in that huge box. It fitted both pans perfectly. Opened the salads at the event they was made for , Titiana apparently didnt want or feel like making the order or maybe just didnt know how. The salads were mades absolutely terribly., they barely had anything in them that was suppose to be added to the salads , the iceberg lettuce salad was shredded lettuce , and the romaine was like chewing on wood . Ik i should have never ordered a catering order especially salad from wawa but it was the last minute and Mike made me trust and believe that I made a good choice . I give credit to the manager Mike because he was so nice and polite , he treated me and my husband great he has the best customer service additude and presence I have ever seen, just wish he was the one making the salads to make sure they were made right just like he assure me they were . And for Titiana probably spelled that wrong , those salads were awful , DO BETTER .

Irene the cashier at the front register I am a 45 year old single man who works 2 jobs to support my daughter who mother passed away I’ve got custody of recently and imma say I went to purchase two packs of cigarettes and Irene asked me for id so I left it in the car so I didn’t think nothing of it and I went back inside with my id only to see the Caucasian women in front of me but a pack of cigarettes and not show id I told her that it was wrong she ain’t have to show id as I handed her my id and she told me I don’t have to serve you so I said ok that’s fine thank you Irene and give me my id and have a nice day she was very nasty women and and not an asset to Wawa and I have good experience any other time I go to Wawa it’s still my no 1 store and it’s not going to stop me from going and spending my money at Wawa but I will never spend a dime with Irene in Wawa and I spend hundred of dollars in Wawa every month to be treated like a 3rd class citizen isn’t right come on Wawa let’s do better

Just left there and the security black guy wouldn’t even let me fill my dog bowl with ice. Told him I always do this and nobody ever says anything but YOU. Furthermore he’s a 3rd party security not a wawa employee. Can’t believe there isn’t any nice humanity out here. Also he escorted me out like I’m some type of homeless person. This is how bad the Wawa’s are getting.

The worker making the hoagies between 10:30-11:30 has no idea how a hoagie is made. The OIL WAS PUT DIRECTLY ON THE ROLL MAKING THE ROLL SOGGY😲 and there was NO wax paper separating the sandwich from the wrapping paper

Deshawn I hope I spelled it right an the morning manager I apologize I didnt catch the young lady name however they were very pleasant & helpful when it’s a hot an stuffy day I grabbed my families food an it legit was the last of my funds an a rough week already an it’s not over yet I had a absent minded moment and forgot my drink an they allowed my fiancé to pick it up for me a few hours later get my refreshing drink that I forgot an I am absolutely grateful.. this is hands down my favorite Wawa with the best managers an supervisors that are so caring and friendly.. I really appreciate the kindness of the crew here.. please don’t take away this Wawa as we are losing so many from these unfortunate ones that like to take & I also wanted to point out the one young lady security guard who did her thing this morning when a man was stealing.. she did not bite her tongue to tell him that he wasn’t walking out the store with the book bag he had on him and it’s a shame cause he wind up grabbing a bag of chips when turned around and walked out but it could’ve been more I salute her as me n another bystander said we should’ve tripped him lol 😂 but I love my neighborhood Wawa.. thank you all so much for all the smiles and laughs 🫶 an great coffee, fountain sodas an awesome food 🤗 yes get your lemonade, mango drink, and add those strawberries. It’s amazing.

Not too many Wawa left in the city and they taking two more out I don’t know why I love stopping by Wawa there hoagies are great bread be soft fresh and the lunch meat never had an issue at any Wawa!!!
