Me and my mother went there one day for something to eat for lunch, her food was molded and me and my brothers lunchable was molded. All of their stuff is old. Wouldn’t reccomend.

By far the worse Wawa I have ever need to in my over 30 years of shopping at Wawa Stores. A few months ago they went all Kiosk for ordering and you could order everything, now they seem like all they do is cook food and they aren’t so great at that either. As of today, I will NOT go here anymore. If I have time I will walk to the Penn U Wawa which is like 3 blocks away but is still a normal Wawa store where you can shop and feel like a valued customer. Idk what you’re doing here Wawa but shame on you!

There were only four customers in the store and there were five Wawa employees behind the sandwich counter and no one behind the registers. So me and another person just waited at the register like ok why isn’t there any behind. I understand they were short staffed but really.

I just stop real fast to get coffee and now you have to wait until someone from the deli comes to the register to charge you for the coffee first because they have the cups behind the counter at a location without parking space risking a ticket or to have you vehicle tow not a good do process

This wawa needs serious… and I mean SERIOUS change from the workers to the way it’s designed. The inside has limited and digital only options. There was no fries and no mozzarella sticks. Even after paying me and my friends were not offered any replacement, so basically stealing my money. Not only that but the workers TARGETED my group of friends saying there was no sitting or eating in the store when other customers were both sitting and eating. They were rude the whole time, didn’t give out orders that were obviously ready and caught an attitude when you asked about your order. Not only that but the hot foods we ordered were not on par with my wawa standard. Will never be coming back here again in my life if there was a gun to my head. Go here if you want to be terrorized for food YOU PAID FOR. I have never felt the need to make a review in my whole LIFE besides today.

My custom spinach salad was extraordinarily made all the sides where sufficient and they even bagged my item and gave me eating utensils. One young lady stopped to serve me a coffee cup. A one service ?

Overlooking the creepy "digital" retail space, this place is awful even by Wawa standards, large sections of the menu frequently not available for order.
They have a system now that you have to order everything threw the kiosk ?even if you want just chips and a drink, so you will have to wait as if you are getting a sandwich ridiculous!

What a horrible experience. Certainly won't be coming back. We are not to be treated as prisoners. Whatever happened to innocent until proven guilty. What was wrong with the security guards? The white walls everywhere are ugly. Why can't I shop for my own items? You say the options are on the kiosk but you don't even have all the items a normal Wawa carries. It's only limited. Whoever you hired to come up with this poorly executed tech futuristic enslavement design needs to be fired.

Worst Wawa, my daughter was here at 5:20 pm trying to get her dinner and a homeless probably drugged man was threatening her and saying profanities. Why isn’t there any securities? Why would you let such people inside a place at the university city? Wawa- most of your customers are university kids and if you want customers, please keep these druggies out of your store.
