You guys Just be having ppl waste money I got the most horrible crabs ever today ppl don’t have money to just throw away please take y’all time cooking the crabs with love my brother came to get me crabs today and they were nasty males mixed with females they tasted like seasoned water they were very mushy ugh I was so disappointed.

I ordered the jumbo sauted platter with steamed shrimp and broccoli and corn
I asked for extra broccoli because I didn't want the potatoes . The food was reading in about 25min from ordering it I did not check the platter before leaving big mistake when I got home the platter had 4 small crabs not sauted just alot of ole bay seasoning on them one cluster of broccoli and one ear of corn with ole bay seasoning on it and a pound of butter at the bottom of the platter the shrimp were not fresh the texture had that soft rubber feel to it meaning they were old and the crabs were not jumbo at all and when I open the Legs just water came out of them no meat inside and the body of the crab had a lot of water coming out of them and the meat had a dark texture to it and no taste I didn't get the extra broccoli either I was very disappointed in the quality of the food I actually had a conversation with one of the owners or manger while waiting for my food how my mom while she was still living would come down to their fish truck and get fresh fish cleaned for us before she passed and she requested their fish before she passed away this was such a disappointment to me I don't think I will ever support their establishment again it really put a bad taste in my mouth and memory especially how my mother loved their fish it's such a shame definitely not worth $35

Ordered a dozen $5 crabs instead received $1.50 crabs . Shrimp was beyond over cooked . I used to LOVE them FELL off tremendously

Best Seafood ever!!!! In love with the hospitality of the people that work there. The prices definitely don’t match the amazing flavor! They could increase the prices like everyone else but they’re considerate of the community!!!!!

So lately the crabs here have been delicious.. but tonight they taste rotten the shrimps taste rotten too and they were dirty..I got a sautéed platter, it was cold.. the vegetables were not fresh and there was no seasoning.. I literally want to bring the platter back.. but I just threw it away..I am so disappointed! The cashier was very polite though but whoever cooked today need to be fired- it’s that bad!!

This had to be the worst customer service ever. I walk in and no greetings. I asked about the crabs because there was only dozen crabs without shell. the lady sucks her teeth and said we got yesterday crabs right now and they can't be warmed up. The store looks dirty and dim. I will never go there again.

I order a fish and shrimp platter with a crab cake on the side. NO Crab cake but paid for it but didn’t get it the shrimp had no flavor and the fish was nasty. I order mussels and half of them had no mussels. I’m eating my seafood Alfredo my husband cooked the night before. I love me some food so I will never eat from here again. NASTY 🤮

I Ordered Extra Large Crabs… and Got Baby Crabs Instead!

Listen. I don’t know what kind of game y’all are playing, but I paid extra for extra-large crabs and what I got looked like they just left daycare. These crabs were so small, I needed tweezers instead of crab crackers. I’m a Black woman who takes her seafood very seriously, and this was just disrespectful.

I was looking forward to a good ol’ seafood night—bib on, butter ready, and vibes set. But when I opened that box? Instant disappointment. I don’t know if y’all thought I wouldn’t notice, but I absolutely did. And for those prices? It’s giving scam.

Do better. Because right now, it’s giving: never again.

To whoever’s running this place —

It’s honestly ridiculous that a business can’t even manage to answer their phone during posted business hours. I’ve tried calling multiple times right when you open, and every time—nothing. No pickup, no voicemail, no call back. Why even list a number if you’re not going to use it?

This isn’t just inconvenient, it’s unprofessional. I was ready to spend money at your seafood spot, but if this is how you handle basic communication, I can only imagine what the rest of the service is like.

Get it together. If you don’t want business, just say that.
