Very ignorant I used to go here all the time and buy live bushels bad customer service. This the 2nd time I called and tried placing an order and they getting smart. I won’t spend another dime here and they seafood salad nasty and yall keep howling support black businesses this why we can’t. I’m not spending my money on bad customer service at all. I’ll just go take the trip to 9th st they never have bad attitudes.
I usually go to Bob's but after being fed up with their poor customer service I decided to try this place this past Friday. I was in and out, did not have to place an order beforehand, the cashier was pleasant and there was ample crabs available. I was urged to come in because I saw a big pot with steam coming out cooking outside. It's a pick up kind of place because it's small inside. I will most def come back and try something else. Hopefully, this can be my new crab spot. I can't deal with Bob's anymore, their service sucks.

I bought a dozen blue crabs for the 1st time at Wayne & Berkely, and the crabs were amazingly fresh and juicy. I recommend this place.
Crabs flavor was delicious however not worth the price and overcooked! $4 crabs were only worth $1.00. Bob's crab house is way worth the price.

Yesterday I was looking for some good seafood salad , when I tell you the seafood salad tasted so bad & it tasted old like it's been sitting, I'm mad because they charged me 11 dollars for some imitation crab meat & im sure they know it's old because clearly it's nasty asl .. if you can't make seafood salad I only imagine what everything else taste like ! The staff was super friendly & nice tho.

The customer service was the Best part, the Seafood salad had so much mayo and little salad. The Fried scallops tasted like lemon soap with Burnt Bread crumbs, The Dungeness crabs were dry but had a lot of butter with no seasoning smh The Shrimp tasted Old not juicy as all. But I will say the clams were delicious but how can you go wrong with them when all you gotta do is open them. They gotta do better

I had the dungeonese crabs. The worst part about them was having to share when I got home. The crabs were delicious and seasoned to perfection. The service was excellent. The young lady that took my order was very kind. The facility was clean and smelled very nice.
Service was poor. Server was nice apparently new and not informed on what the details were for orders and information on food options. Order was messed up due to poor communication from employees and ineffective training on new staff. Order not throughly processed, did not receive all of my items on exit. Will shop around for better service and quality seafood.
