The cakes and the cupcakes are not as good as they look and the prices are high. Very Disappointed.

I normally do not leave reviews however I am extremely disappointed with my first experience. We drove 25 minutes to enjoy your cookies. Upon arriving at 645pm and placing our order of six cookies it was a bit crowded which was expected for a Saturday night. After waiting 35 minutes and noticing there were customers arriving after us and placing their orders in the store they were walking out within 10 minutes. I approached the counter to ask if the orders placed were being filled in the order received and was told yes. This was not the case. Myself along with many other customers had been waiting almost an hour at this point. An employee (Tori) who was either off shift or was a friend of the employees walked in gave hugs to the employees that were working placed her order of 7 mint cookies, received a discount and walked out within 5 minutes. We then were told the mint cookie was out of stock shortly after. Meanwhile we had been waiting an hour and had placed an order that included the mint cookie. We ended leaving with six cookies however two of them were not what we had ordered due to being out of stock.
