I never would have expected ginger, miso, and honeycomb to work so well for ice cream, but it does. The scoop was huge, price reasonable, service super friendly. The place is so unassuming that it would be easy to pass up but this flavor in itself would make me want to go back.

Delicious ice cream, super rich and flavorful. Lots of choices. Miso honey was excellent, a different flavor. Stools inside to eat at small counter overlooking Spruce St and nice bistro seating outside. Very pleasant and patient staff for those who can’t decide😊
Dubai chocolate is the best! 🤤 my husband loved his caramel cheesecake flavored ice cream (chunks of caramel). Some of the best ice cream we have ever had! Best tasting waffle cone too. Light and had a slight touch of cinnamon or boom sugar maybe. Im not sure!

Was excited try this for the first time but was sadly disappointed. For this price point you can definitely get better ice cream at the other popular spots around the city. Milk Jawn, Van Leewuen, etc. . Ice cream was grainy and didn’t have much flavor to it. I’ve definitely had better store bought ice cream. Think you’re paying more for the aesthetic and name more than anything.

This is a review mostly for the Popalong Truck run by Weckerly's, although because my husband and I love the scoop shops so much, that's the main reason we booked the truck for our wedding!
One of our most favorite things in the world is ice cream, and so we knew we wanted to reach out to Weckerly's for their Popalong truck option.
They absolutely delivered.
They were great with communication, pricing, and helping us determine what package would be the best for us.
Our guests could not stop talking about the ice cream and popsicles, and some even got seconds and thirds!!

They were right on time for when they should arrive at the venue, and the staff member working the event was incredibly friendly.
They were prompt with our emailed questions and very professional and kind. We were super happy with our package options and flavor options, and nothing was last minute with them; they reached out well in advance with when we needed to make these decisions, and were seamless to work with.
So happy that they could be a part of our big day and we'd recommend the Popalong truck to anyone looking to have a fun and unique dessert option for their wedding day as well!

Wow! Ordered on GrubHub and it was amazing- came so fast. Got the ice cream sandwich and berry lemon pint. Both are hands down the best desserts I have ever had!
