Their ice creams aren't the creamiest, but they do their flavors so well. I sampled a few flavors and honestly had a hard time deciding because they were all so good and actually tasted like their descriptions. The single scoops are only 1 flavor but they're a pretty good size. Also, the menu doesn't reflect the new prices. It's 5.99 now, not 4.99 like their menu says. They're able to update their flavors but not the price hmmm 🤔 The woman scooping was super sweet though! She was really helpful explaining the flavors, and she was apologetic when I asked her why the charge was higher than what I thought it'd be for a scoop. I'm a fan of the flavors and the customer service, not so much the deceptive pricing...

Margaret and Connor were so kind and patient today ! They post work / Saturday market crowd came in and it was swamped !!! They made sure everyone could try ice cream they wanted even while some of the guest were rude. I watched this lady be crossed about the vanilla soft serve ice cream melting ….. after stepping out into the heat lol Margie was sweet enough to refund her without complaint and even offer her to keep the ice cream while the woman kept a scowl. Over all hope the management and owners know they have FANTASTIC STAFF WHO DESERVE THE WORLD

I used to love coming here for the ice cream - great flavors and a real treat every time. But unfortunately, since the ownership changed, the quality has dropped significantly. The ice cream now has a weird, grainy texture and just doesn’t taste good. Honestly, I’ve had better from the freezer section at the grocery store. It feels like you're paying more for the aesthetic and name than for the actual product. I’d recommend looking elsewhere if you're after a satisfying scoop. Disappointing to see such a beloved spot lose its touch.

I never know what flavors to expect here. It's only my 2nd time and although I didn't get the viral ice cream with the pistachios that I was coming for, I did get greeted by a really nice staff member named Casey behind the counter who helped me secure a new favorite, the vegan lemon curd which is oh so damn good!

Weckerlys is everything i want out of a hole in the wall ice cream place in fishtown. They're a little expensive, but the staff member working was kind and welcoming.
I never would have expected ginger, miso, and honeycomb to work so well for ice cream, but it does. The scoop was huge, price reasonable, service super friendly. The place is so unassuming that it would be easy to pass up but this flavor in itself would make me want to go back.

Delicious ice cream, super rich and flavorful. Lots of choices. Miso honey was excellent, a different flavor. Stools inside to eat at small counter overlooking Spruce St and nice bistro seating outside. Very pleasant and patient staff for those who can’t decide😊
Dubai chocolate is the best! 🤤 my husband loved his caramel cheesecake flavored ice cream (chunks of caramel). Some of the best ice cream we have ever had! Best tasting waffle cone too. Light and had a slight touch of cinnamon or boom sugar maybe. Im not sure!
