Please send a secret shopper here and you’ll know why I made time to make a review… no drinks in fountain machine for more than 2 weeks… person at the register keeps leaving 20-25 min wait with no drive thru. Think I’m lying go for yourself… I never leave reviews but I have a lot of time on my hands waiting for the food

This is the most disgusting Wendy's we have ever been to. The burger was like leather, the fries were old and cold, and it was during peak lunch time. Like what? The place is filthy and the food is terrible. If you are thinking of coming here, do yourself a favor and don't. You have a better chance of finding a good meal in a trashcan. The people who work here were nice enough, but that does not make up for the digusting food or atmosphere.

If you want your fast food really slow and the wait for your food long go here. The cashier is usually pleasant but the crew in the back is slow and the food is made sloppily.

Perhaps I caught them on a bad day, however after a wait on a very long line in a Saturday, they were out of salads & chicken tenders. They didn't have enough tables for us (their extra dining room downstairs was closed for some reason). Despite this, the food arrived quickly.

Gotta pick your burger apart before leaving, I had tomatoes, onions and pickles missing from my burger more then 3 visits now. I know fast food can be rough, but why constantly just throw on whatever you want and sell it?

This place has absolutely no excuse for it to be such poor quality. When it is overstayed, but instead of working their whole day, private conversations, laughing giggling, sitting the security guard after people who didn't do anything. The security guard is walking behind where they're doing a food date with no gloves or anything else. They're calling food like every 15 minutes or so one person is making food 3 or standing. There is just ridiculous, then they have homeless people disjust. Sitting and taking up seats, so what is the security guard?There for unfortunately, my sugar dropped and I needed something.

Literally the employees ignoring the customers and even some of the employees wanted to literally fight some customers when they complain about the food being over 45 minutes late! The security guard had to prevent the kitchen employees to harm the customers, im still shocked! Please shut down this location or hire employees that actually want to work

Ordered food and it took so long I had to leave. Absolute chaos at the front of the line. Pickup and Order line merging, doordash, ubereats, and just random people waiting in the only area you could order vaping and listening to music on their phone. One guy held up the entire line to cancel his mobile order.

You are the crowd you attract. As much a worker being overwhelmed problem as a clientele problem.

Imma start making reviews

the only reason to go here is bc its cheap food… i love wendys but the service here is terrible, the restaurant is dirty, and the food takes a long time to come out. then after waiting 15-20 minutes for a burger and fries, you get the wrong order. speaking from multiple experiences. there have been multiple times where i walk into this restaurant to pick up my order and have to watch employees argue with each other and refuse to take orders, letting the line get long. the place is like north philly in center city.

if you think im kidding or just upset, just walk in.
