Worst experience, the order was forgotten and they did not want to redo our order because it had been 30 minutes since the order was placed.

A failure of a franchise location. Never have I seen so few options on a Coke Freestyle machine. Quite literally only had Diet Coke, Aha sparkling water, or Peace tea. Preordered through the app at 5 for 5:45 pickup, food wasn’t ready until 6:20 and only ordered a 444 (cheeseburger, nuggets, fries). Isn’t properly staffed to handle customers on top of food delivery apps. Would not recommend whatsoever.

If I could give this place a -5 it still would not be low enough. The staff are rude! The food is horrible. And the restaurant is extremely dirty. There's a security guard stand outside smoking weed all day.

It’s a damn shame Chick-fil-a isn’t at the Liberty anymore, because I would never enter Wendy’s doors. I should just went to Five Guys, service is 100x better. The employees don’t care about good service. None of them will ever get out of working at fast food trash spots. The leave one joint and go to another with the same amount and attitudes. I can blame the employees all day for the poor service, but leadership starts at the top and these employees are only doing what the managers let them do. If an employee comes to work with an attitude, the manager is responsible for allowing that person to work that day and be around customers and food. The management in this place sucks. New managers equal new employees. Get rid of the leadership in this establishment or service will always be terrible. Honestly just close the place down. It’s dirty, panhandling outside and inside. Just spend the extra cost and go to Five Guys on the same block, because with this place, you get what you pay for.

It says it's open when you check online.
As I pull up the manager was turning on the lobby lights but when she saw me she turned the lights off and said they was still closed when in reality they are open and only taking online order and it's 7:50 a.m I hope that manager gets fired.

Unfortunately not open when they said it was. The doors were locked and they frowned and motioned towards it being open before 12:30am when the google maps says open until 1am.

Went in late tonight ordered 10 min in advance and had to wait another ten for my one meal. Didn’t care too much considering it was only two workers. I give 1 star because of the lack of food safety and handling. Saw one worker touch his hair w the gloves he was making food with and then handled food without changing them. Then the manager dropped buns on the floor, grabbed them off the floor w her gloves, threw buns in trash but I saw her gloves TOUCH the floor as she reached around the bun. This happened twice and she didn’t change her gloves. Then she touched her phone to change music w her gloves on and went back to handling lettuce onion burgers etc. disgusting please learn how germs work.

I went there to get a 2 biggie bags for the kids. We do not eat pork. I told the lady please don't put bacon on the burgers twice. A third time when it came out i said, are you sure there's no bacon on the burgers. She said there was no bacon on the burgers. I get home.The burgers were eaten and in the middle of eating it.The kids became sick. I looked at the burger between all of the mayonnaise that was squeezing out of it i found, you guessed it! bacon on the burgers. My kids got sick. I will be calling the store manager and maybe my lawyer.

At the time, the place was packed full of people. I avoid going at rush hours. It's easy to be boxed in by rude customers. I just went to the Popeyes instead.
