Called numerous time @11:55 - 12:10 no one answered I ordered my food via door dash at 10:00 my Oder was cancelled twice and now my dasher is still waiting for my Order. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional

Fries were cold! Almost frozen! I ordered a Cobb salad and the first thing I smelled was something rotten!! Everything was old down to the lettuce they hid underneath all the other toppings! This my fav fast food spot:Wendy’s.. that’s very inconsiderate to just use expired food and give that to customers.. at first I thought it was the tomatoes or the eggs.. then I started seeing old wilted lettuce and just flipped the whole container over to see everything was baddd!!! Container was madddd greasy too anyways. Only down the street from them, ordered through doordash.. sucks. I hope this isn’t a thing for them

Drive-through im always attended by a rude welcoming and they dont even put the utensils and straws. Today when I entered the lobby floor was dirty and there was literally a homeless guy sleeping on the benches taking up customer space.

First of all, let me congratulate the manager on duty, don't know her name, but she got long hair and glasses. She asked me if I was waiting for pick up or to order and she was doing something else, but took care of me right away. Very polite and professional at the same time. The food was ready in no time, I asked her for a big bag and she went to the back to getting it and at the end she gave me a $2.00 gift card for the next time I come by to order. Appreciate your help, you got an excellent team! A++++++

Went to pick up a quick meal with a friend. Ordered a Chocolate Frosty but they gave me a vanilla frosty with Crushed Oreo cookies. Not my preferred choice. Asked for a receipt and they were unable to provide one. I've had better experiences at other Wendy's.
Emily, Shay, & Louis provided fast excellent service.. please keep them and give them a raise . The shift lead with the dreads who think she’s a boy can go cause SHES THE WORST EVERRRRRR.. attitude and service straight trash!! . Loved the shift today though 💚

It's crazy how this place steals your change. If you serve 500 cars and still 500 people's change that's a lot at the end of the day. Shame on you for your bad service and ignorant tellers no manners no home training...smfh
Update 5/21/25 The pandemic has been over for 4 years. But this place still refuses to open its dining room. Smh. I blame the owner cuz that's the person that's in control

The only place I go for breakfast. The #1 on the breakfast menu chicken sandwich without the 🥓 or the meal. I just get five chicken sandwich, no bacon and six grape jelly packs.
