Came in for lunch and even though it was super packed the cashier took my order easily and quick. Got one of the biggie bags and you can never go wrong but the food today had little hiccups that made the meal not that great. The bread that was used for the burger was a little hard and couldn’t be finished and the fries had 0 salt so they were very bland. The saucy nuggets were tossed in a good amount of sauce and they were perfect. They have 2 soda machines but 1 of them basically had no soda. Will definitely be back just some things they have to fix up.

***Attention ***Please to the general managers and owner of the franchise. Today 1/23/2025 9:10pm there is a lady on this shift. With dark hair braids. That he treated me with a bad attitude. The place became tense. The employees were upset. I told her but they told me that they have already done it and they are not firing her. It is impossible to work with a person who is in a bad mood all the time and speaks badly. The client is treated with respect, kindness and a smile. This human being gave us none of that. I didn't feel welcome. And so they must find out more clients. Today's experience was fatal. I could not consume the food in the establishment. I decided to take the food, I didn't feel welcome in that place. He charged us and served us the food with a negative attitude. The other employees looked scared and battered with fear or experience. He didn't give me the purchase receipt.

First time at Wendy's the gentleman kept over talking me the person that was with us and kept saying anything else. Anything else? Anything else? We ended up having to go back through the drive-thru to get the missing items

Ordered a taco salad and it had no tortilla strips no dressing. I was very disappointed as I was really looking forward to eating it. Just hoping that it was legit but of course it wasn’t what they made it seem 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

It’s been years since I bought food at this Wendy’s (living only 2 blocks away) thought I’d stop by last night and buy some food. Long story short, I was waiting in line for 15 mins bc the manager (tom boy lookin chick) was arguing with the French fry girl and eventually they were all bickering w attitude back n forth w each other. The line started building up behind me, they are aware of this. Yet, continued to ignore me and everyone else. I just walked out. (Only gave 1 star bc google dnt let you post a review unless it has a star, Half a star would be accurate)

The lettuce looks old had to take it out with black and brown spots around. There was a service employee that came out with attitude just when I ask about the price of the food. I definitely not going here no more. Will go some where else.

Paid 60 dollars an was treated with so much Attitude b4 we even got our food the sodas were practically throw at us they refused to give us our Receipt and our order was wrong when I went in to correct it.They made me feel like I was wrong for saying that they messed up an I didn't receive all the food I ordered the manager was so rude never going to Wendy's again

I thought this Wendy's was very good to sit down to eat in peace and the service was going to be very good... It's not at all the opposite, they don't have napkins, the soda machines don't have any soda so you lose money if you You buy a combo or soft drinks, they just don't tell you, then when you ask, they come out with a horrible attitude even when the manager is present, in addition to that they don't give you the order as you asked for, they give you whatever they want... That restaurant It looks like a park every day employees playing like boxing and speaking bad words at the top of their voices. There is a Muslim girl who should not work there, making fun of other employees and some clients, she does not represent you as a company... In short, she is totally disgusting, I do not recommend anything... You should send a mystery shopper so they can see how they run that business down. the staff working.
