Well, I was having a terrible day until my drive thru experience at Wendy's at around 12ish pm today 3/13. I needed a big smile and my server ( Yep - my personal server at the window) greeted me at the window with a gigantic and customer service smile. TAKE NOTE: Drive thru experiences can be mental healing for many. It's not always about the food, but kind and authentic service can be a type of counsel. On my way to my next meeting, my head space was better. Once again- thank you!

Wendy's left a positive impression on me with its friendly and courteous staff. The cleanliness of the washrooms and the cool interior added to the overall pleasant experience. The food was nothing short of awesome. A combination of great service, cleanliness, and delicious food makes Wendy's a place worth revisiting.

Order something late night after work for some employees and myself. 1:30AM 11/18/23. Chocolate jawn at the window, New York accent. She was on point. A credit to the establishment. Food was early afternoon quality yet she made the interaction easy and pleasant.

Working the overnight shift, I didn't eat all day, they thought it was ok to send me food that looked as if it was sitting for hours, all of my food was cold, my chicken TERRIBLE, my thing is get this location together or shut it down, because it's obvious they can care less about their customers!!
The place was dirty , pop was nasty , workers were rude. I will never go there again.

Avoid this Wendy's. Clearly management does not care that they are serving ice cold food and do not listen to instruction. I asked for two chicken sandwiches and an extra crispy large fry. I was given french fries so cold and undercooked that they are still pale white, and two ice cold chicken sandwiches that probably sat for hours before being sold. All went in to the trash to avoid food poisoning. Wendy's should be ashamed and review the franchisee who is handling this location.

This Wendy's Has Very Bad Costumer Service And i hate the fact that They Always Get your Order Messed up and .Give you the wrong thing and they have a real bad Manager that has a disrespectful mouth and Doesn't treat people with respect .The Food Is pretty Good Especially the Chicken Nugget They Just Have Flavor Flow into your mouth and overall the food is amazing it's just the costumer service
