I guess there’s a reason I don’t eat at these fast food places I mean it was nobody in there. The girl took the lady order in front of me and then just left me standing there. I was confused after standing in there a little longer and still was not serviced. I had to walk out. I think you can do better with your customer service.

A bunch of children working . Fast food is no longer fast food . Waited in line for 40 minutes and they still forgot an order and all the food was cold. They need an adult to oversee them. My blood pressure is up just from this experience

Extremely slow drive through service. Always a long wait with or without a line.
Skow in the AM , slow in the PM. Dont waste your time or money. They also like to serve cold French fries 🍟, bravo 👏

Every time I come here, my order is always messed up. This is the third time that something is missing from my order and after I Checked my food this third time I had asked for them to give me my missing item. They got an attitude. I do not recommend this location

I had such a great experience at Wendy’s thanks to Sal! He was extremely professional and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. He personally did a quality assurance inspection to ensure I received the freshest items in my order. In this era when most big market players don’t strive for true customer satisfaction, Sal went above and beyond to deliver it. It’s rare to see that level of dedication and attention to detail—he truly cares about every customer’s experience. Sal definitely deserves a pay raise for his outstanding work and dedication!

I told the attendant that she gave me the wrong size frosty which she did. I ordered a large she gave me a medium, and she told me that I was wrong she was giving me. than she called me a dummy as I was pulling off I didn’t disrespect her or call her out her name. This is a very unprofessional Wendy’s franchise.

Amazing when you're waiting to order for 10 minutes no one acknowledges you and then a black woman comes in and they immediately serve her. Clearly these people are extremely racist and don't want to serve white people.

pulling up to the drive thru this morning it was some problems with the intercom but after telling us to pull to the last one window we noticed the man working morning shift doing it all by himself running back and forth giving food and still keeping a smile on his face while maintaining a positive attitude but nonetheless another coworker also came in and immediately helped. LOVE TO SEE TEAMWORK and good spirits. We laughed a little bit and still got our food in a timely matter. thank you

I got in the drive thru today around 4:15 , ordered TWO 3 piece tenders , the orange head worker working the driver through decided to get smart when I asked “ hey did I get rung up for one or two “ she said you only ordered one “ I said nicely “ no I ordered two she goes “ oh well I only heard one “ . Why do you have a attitude because you didn’t hear the correct order , because you are on the phone talking when you should be working , workers have on head phones on and the drive thru worker is on the phone you wanna be rude to customers for no reason , quit . I wish the orders are recorded because these workers are nasty and wrong

Nobody working the register to take orders, they just stare at you for 5 minutes and dont say anything. Food made sloppy. Bathroom out of order. Just a whole hot mess. Plus the food is SALTY AND NASTY
