They're hanging around while people waiting in the drive thru and inside. Even the assistant manager is acting way comfortable like nothing happening and it's not a clean store neither. 0+0 definitely not recommending

Girl taking orders had a very bad attitude and need customer service training. Coke soda was the only thing working and it was flat bathroom out of order the worse experience I had in a wendys Dave and Wendy couldn't help this store

I’m at first window ask twice do they have the order, but they just Perfunctory me not look carefully and tell me go ahead to 2nd window, and then I waiting on line for about a hour, finally I get to the window they told me they don’t have it somebody picked up already! Why don’t they tell me at first window? Waste of time for nothing, and my Uber rate!

I’m sick of it at this point. Go ahead and close down the location or fire all of the children working inside. This is ridiculous. I just pulled up at 2:04 AM, it’s freezing outside, I wouldn’t have put on my clothes and driven this far if I thought the place was closed. But I get there at 2:04 and the gentleman is saying That it’s pick up only and I have to order the food online… I’m sick of children being able to make whatever rules they want when they don’t wanna do their job. If you don’t wanna work stay the hell home! Deplorable service, disgusting employees, and ghetto rules. I’ve been living in the neighborhood now for 12 years, and there’s always a problem at this location. Close it down or sell it to some people who want to come to work. This is absolute asinine garbage.
