This Wendy’s is a disgrace . Pulled up today they’re talking about only taking cash . One day I pulled up they talking about their reward scanner is broke . Then another day you’ll pull up they’re talking about exact cash only . This is horrible something is always broke here & the customer service sucks . No point of being open .

When I went in the morning the two ladies working the drive thru was amazingly kind but I went yesterday around 5pm just for frostys and let me tell you I was annoyed it took them forever to come to the register then forever to make frostys that was melted but when I came in there was a gentleman behind me patiently waiting then 5mins after a Uber eats driver came in went to the front tried to get some assistance the young lady ignored him then the gentleman finally helped him then told the young lady to take the next customer she gonna say I hate taking orders very unprofessional very annoying and I won’t visit this location again

I find it funny that every time i visit this location late at night as soon as i pull up to the driver through the employee says “Cash Only” and this is atleast 3 times a week. Corporate needs to look into this.
