ALWAYS check your food before leaving! I ordered baconator fries tonight and this is what I got.
I keep trying to give this place a chance but if you're not going to ensure the service and quality of food is right and make sure items are stocked, just close. Because this is ridiculous. I should've went to fox street.
Literally one of the worse Wendy's ever. Don't waste your money or your time.

Ordered a taco salad and a baconator with 2 other sandwiches for my family dinner. Got home no chili on the taco salad so we went back. They told us they didnt have chili but then why sell the salad at all or at least tell us when we order it. They corrected by giving us a new salad. Got home to find out the baconator had no bacon. Rough. I understand these places are short staffed but felt disappointed. They also didn't give us a recipet so how can I prove what I got.

Around 620 I ordered mobile order I got there a minute later knowing it magically doesn’t come out I wait 17-18 min it was only one item so I asked about it they seem to start looking for it because I’m ADHD I pace/look around I don’t know if the guy felt stared down because he was coming from the office not sure why I l coincidentally moved myself there and looked unless I’m tired to the point of hallucinating I heard damn I’m going to smack the crap out of him I not wanting to ever disrupt or escalate things any scenario if I can help it I don’t say anything, and not that I am in anyway ever like this but it was a very tall (and not that his matters) African American person wouldn’t my have tried to act puffy to get what I want

Wendy's is crap, food is crap. The new girl at the drive through finally wants to work, professional, kind, polite..... she gets a 5 🌟 but Wendy's gets a fat 0. Food cold, quality low, smaller, greasy etc.

If I could give less than one star I would. I have visited Wendys on a pretty much nationwide level. with that being said this is the most horrific experience I have yet to have. I ordered the chili that seems to be some soup with broken burgers in it. there was only one flavor available in the drink machine they had no napkins or straws . why are they open???the burgers are cold. this place gives Wendys a bad name please close this location.

Just waited 45 mins for drive through. Arrived at 7:30 all the doors were locked said just drive through. Waited in line for 30 mins just to order. They had no beverages, no sauces. Waited another 15 mins from when I ordered to get the food. 5 people standing through the window saying they didn’t want to work and need to just close

I pulled up to the drive through and then the person on the intercom says the drive through was closed and I have to go in. It is 6pm on a Friday mind you. I say ok and then pull into a spot and go in. I get to the register and ask for the chicken Caesar salad and then the cashier tells me they don’t have any salads. I order the chicken Caesar wrap meal and when I get it the chicken is hard and you could tell it wasn’t fresh and it took 20 minutes to get my food. They need to get it together at the Ridge Ave Roxborough location.
