Terrible service almost every time and soooo slow in the drive thru. Always out of medium cups or some drink options. Needs better management and better people running drive thru as they always seem to hate being there.

Absolutely worst experience of my life.
the odd guy that takes orders was beyond rude, basically throwing my order over. before even finishing the name of the order, he would just give me the price.
I ordered a Cobb salad, and didn't get around to eating it later. I realized, after tasting the egg and some lettuce, that the salad was no good. When I threw it in the garbage I saw that there was a sticker underneath it that said it was to be used 2 months prior!

Just throw your money directly in the trash and save calories. The service is trash. The order is never right. They never have the full drink menu. They over cook the sandwiches. It's hit or miss if you will want to eat what you purchase. Shame on this location honestly..

So how do I begin with this unpleasant experience let's start with the fact that there's no greeting when you pull up to the order machine no one says hello welcome you order your food they don't tell you how much you're paying they just tell you to pull up to the window they open the window with all this attitude throw your food at you like you're some animal shark in a tank never say thank you for coming I don't even think I got a receipt
Let this be your reminder: get that fast food meal outside of the city on your way home from work, good customer service goes a long way.
One Ice machine not working, the other one had no ice. Empty ketchup dispenser. At least 6 staff on duty who looked at us and did nothing. Had to loudly say "can I place an order". Will never go back there

The guy at the counter made approximately 3 movements over the 15 minutes it took him to take our order. No words were spoken. Alexia tried and failed to log into her paramount plus on the television. Food was fine

The MOST memorable fast restaurant experience I've had. So as we walked in we noticed food to be delivered on a shelf that right in front of us that had been sitting a LONG time. The frostys were melted and they were half liquid.
Next the guy at the counter said we had to use the kiosk to order. So we did. We waited at least 20 minutes. They were all totally confused and bumbling all over each other. The most shocking thing was noticeing a teenager in the back shaking the fries basket with an afro at least 7 inches out in every direction. His little baseball cap didn't cover 1/5th of his head. The manager noticed I was taking pictures and told him to put his hairnet on. So ... He started using his bare hands right there adjusting a hair net and it not covering his hair at all and then go right back to the fries. Never even moved away from the food or washed his hands. Another woman who was working there was wiping her hands all over her face and mouth and then preparing frostys. No gloves or handwashing at all. Absolutely gross. We waited so long for our food we almost walked out. Finally my hubby went and grabbed a cup (which I had already paid for) so we could at least have a drink while we waited. There were only 2 people in front of us.
Absolute chaos. My nuggets were kind of warm but my hubby's fries were hot. I was so grossed out it was hard to eat. If I posted the picture of the afro boy it is so bad I wouldn't want it to go viral and ruin the kid's life. For real. Send them help!
