The young Muslim girl that works the window needs to be retrained or moved from the window because she has poor customer service skills. The phone is off the hook at this location to report her behavior through drive through, hopefully staff sees this post and set her straight on how to deal with the public. This young generation is horrible

The representative that took my order she was so pleasant it is nice to have such good customer service I even told her when I got to the window how great she was her voice was amazing she was bubbly just a great personality the older black woman I saw the name tag but I forgot what it said but she was just great

The lady working the drive throughs attitude was disgusting. Horrible customer service overall. I got my food on 3/4 6:40 pm. The lady kept rushing me when I was ordering and when I got my food I politely asked for sauce and she caught an attitude. Overall horrible experience

Terrible operation. I don't know how they're still in business..the wait is always long and I don't eat fast food often, but each time I get something from here at Penrose Plaza wendys the wait is terrible.

i waited at the window for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. while ordering, the man taking our order kept cutting us off, getting the order wrong, and telling us that they didn’t have the food. when we pulled up to the window, we weren’t acknowledged for 10 minutes while we could see the workers restocking cups and blatantly ignoring us. the window was opened and he extended his hand out for the card without saying a single word. he handed the card back (again, wordlessly), and closed the window for another 5 minutes. once the window was opened again, the food was handed to us silently. please keep in mind that throughout this interaction, we were incredibly polite and repeatedly said thank you with no response. i am extremely disappointed in the quality of service provided by this establishment and will not be returning.

The person at the window on 2/8/2025 at 5:10 pm is the rudest person and should not be working with the public. I ordered my son a plain double cheeseburger and nuggets and when I got to the window she tried reading the order back to me. She said plain cheeseburger and I politely corrected her that it was a plain double cheeseburger. Well you would have thought the world ended. She rolled her eyes and said you didn't say that then went to her coworkers and said now this lady wants a plain double and she didn't say that when she ordered. This woman is loudly talking about me to the entire staff when she just didn't hear properly. I said nevermind, cancel my order. The manager came to the window and was very nice and said she would handle it but that girl with the attitude kept looking at her and me and rolling her eyes rudely so at that point I didn't want my son to eat any food from there. They should not have people like that waiting on customers. I'll never go there again.

Young lady at the window had a major attitude. When I pulled up to the mic and said hello she came on and aggressively said "hold on" as if I had spoken more than once... Then I gave my order and got the "anythang else?" with a hard ELSE..... Ummm OK. Get to the window and as I'm getting my money out to give her she closes the window in my face, then I get my order and slam again.... Look as the saying goes - if you don't want to work in fast food-don't. No one is forcing you to work there. Relax. We don't know each other well enough to be this rude to each other. I'm glad I kept my cool and just smiled, maybe she was going through something but she needs to chill. Just rude for no reason at all.

I live up the street so I’ve been here a few times and they have never once gotten my order right. I check to make sure my items are in the bag every time. And when I open up my order at home I find out they messed up my order in a new way. Not enough nuggets. No cheese on the burger. Food cold or not edible

Was mold on the bottom of burger bun. There’s something wrong with their soda machine, it’s tastes weird every time I get a drink from this location. It tastes like seltzer water or something. I would avoid this one and instead go to the one on 69th street instead or the one on chestnut.

Whoever worked last nite dinner shift he was a man in his 30-40s black male, was AMAZING!? i just wanted to give him credit where it was due. I wish i had his name, my son was very upset the first spoungebob meal we got from this location didn’t come with anything! we told him about it and he hooked him up with stickers and just has a very nice attitude. Wish more people like this were in the world. You literally made my 6 yr olds nite! Thank you again
