Unprofessional staff who are unaware of their posted menu. Informed me they didn't sell something that's been on the menu for over 2 months. Not sure of they meant they were out of stock and instead said that they do not sell coffee. Fries were overcooked and tasted as if they were cooked in old oil that was previously used to cook something else.

This location is always crowded at dinner. Dune in option isn't available. Last time I went was the shortest time ever in drive thru. I waited 6 minutes to get my food, which is not long considering I have waited 15 minutes before. My food was hot, my order was filled correctly and the food was good. I hope whatever management was in duty tonight will continue to work there. It made a big difference.

Get to the window same behavior, and the female drive-thru operator just absolutely completely disinterested in having just the basic amount of service to provide to a paying customer.
Maybe fast food will actually be better when it's robot serving us because we won't have to deal with their attitudes and whatever they come to work with.
She probably needs to be behind the counter making the burgers rather than offering less than satisfactory customer service.

Absolutely ZERO stars. Every employee i encountered had zero sense of urgency. Walking around talking on phones and creating the biggest backups I've seen. We placed a mobile order for pick up in drive thru 20 minites prior. I was instructed to come inside because the drive thru was packed, only to then have to wait 25 minutes as I watched people walk in order and get there food before me. When I finally address the lady she had the look in her eye thay she knew she'd forgotten me. Too busy doing other stuff. Corporate complaint incoming.
