I wouldn't go back to this location went thru the drive thru and was told all meals come large size along with exact change or card which was fine but who is to say someone wants they meal large I asked since when the change and was told there is a new general manager if I paying my money I would like options in meal sizes customer service was OK its fast food

The Baconator sandwich is really good, but usually when I order it's a throw up in the air what I'm going to receive. I swear they can't read and just put what they want in your bag. Never get what I ordered.

Most disgusting Wendy’s around fries all over the floor management not in the front are outside just hanging around like if it’s not a job. Went inside today to buy a frosty after I had payed for it they didn’t notice their was none and didn’t know how to give me my money back their is always a problem every time I go to this Wendy’s aviod it at any costs unless you want nasty food and bad management. Wendy’s should be embarrassed to have this Wendy’s open with their staff!

I had ordered drive through and happen to need to use the bathroom. The bald headed black manager asked me if i had ordered some food as soon as i came in because bathrooms are for paying costumers only really loud. I work in the bank in the same plaza but it was my day off. So i had sweets and sneakers on and my cane cause i had knee surgery. But the funny thing is that he didnt asked anyone else that , that came in after me. I really felt single out. Even though i reply yes i just felt He was really rude. I have half of the video of the encounter cause i was playing with my phones camera when i went in. But this is ridiculous. This place needs to address customer service. Anyone from my bank or i will never go there again. Thank u.
This Wendy's is terrible wait at 25 minutes barely anyone in the Drive-Thru had to go in the store to see what was going on with my order customers were standing there they it was like kids running the place very pathetic poorly ran. All Wendy's..seem to be going out of business due to poor management but this one and neshaminy Rock Hill take the cake. Get adults to run your business.

This was just a nice well run Wendy's. I always get a biggie bag. They made everything just right except for the fact that they ran out of my favorite drink. But I guess it's everybody else's too. Overall a nice Wendy's sit down and eat.
