I'd give zero stars if possible. New management is ignorant. Doors are locked still at 10am. Old management would serve through drive through. Whoever that just was couldn't have been more ignorant shaking their head. Pathetic.

Had the honey biscuit at this location today. I have tried it at four other locations in the area, and was disappointed. The one I had here was delicious! Thank you for taking the time to actually apply enough honey butter ❤️

I’m sitting at Wendy’s drive-through right now it’s 10 minutes after 12 midnight right and not one person I’ve been in the drive-through for 10 minutes not one person came on the microphone and asked to take my order. Nobody said hold on a minute. Nothing then I seen one of the employees taking trash out so I ask him I know he’s working or no he said no we close at midnight I said now it says 1 AM on Google And 1 AM on your sign in the window in the drive-through. It says drive-through is open until 1 AM since I said they said yeah we just closed and when I drove around there was two people at least so these two guys that are working tonight right now down putting this on give me the date and time it is now Thursday, July 29 12:11 AM and I was told no they’re not OK now the real reason is because the workers don’t feel like putting stuff together or trying to close and get out there early and they’re very ignorant also not these guys tonight but the regular crew
Waited over 10 mins for someone to attend to me and that was only because I said excuse me. The man who I assume is a supervisor instead of apologizing for the wait instead berated me that they were understaffed . Regardless of being understaffed someone should of at least greeted me and other customers.

The location is a joke. Whatever crew is working the drive thru tonight should be fired. Employees don’t work, zero management of this circus. Don’t waste your time stopping. Stay on 95 to find another Wendy’s

I purchased a sandwich and a lemonade. I also wanted a small cup of water, and they tried to charge me $2.59 for it! That's crazy!!! For a cup of water?? Smh

This wendy's like most wendy's was just a terrible experience the food was ok, the customer service is terrible rude workers who could care less. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!!

Worst experience ive had at a wendys yet.. literally sat there for almost an hour trying to get someone’s attention just to pay for my food. Didnt even have forks to eat with place is ran down.

I really would like an answer/response to a question? Does the biggie bag only come medium or large at this wendys? Normally when I go to wendys they ask if I want it medium or large but they ask in a way that would make most assume that it only comes medium or large and unless you know better you would just get medium or large. I usually ask them why they do that, and they all say the same thing. They make us do it that way. This is a pitiful business practice. But at this wendys they just rung it up medium from the start. When i asked about it, i was told it only comes medium or large. Nothing like that happens to me at any other fast food place. Kinda embarrassing that that's what it takes for y'all to keep up. The funny thing is that I usually want it medium, but when they do that, it makes me feel like I'm being taken advantage of, so I just get it small. Of course I was also handed the usual full cup of ice with a splash of soda, which i handed back to them cause i asked for a little bit of ice after hearing the man attempt to scoop all the ice in the wendys into my cup. Another pitiful wendys business practice. Why are y'all like this wendys. I'll wait for your response.

Horrible customer service, I went inside and all the employees were playing around and not no one was at cash register to take my order. The manager was very rude and didn't even acknowledge I was there. I wouldn't waste time or money going to this location where no one is clearly doing anything.
