Absolutely amazing experience… if you enjoy cold, nasty food 🤢❄️. Ordered a salad 🥗 and didn’t even get it 🙃. Had to ask for it like I was begging for a favor — otherwise I guess I was just supposed to eat nothing 🤡. Complete waste of money 💸. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else 🚫🍽️

I know Wendy’s isn’t “Top tier” by any stretch but wow this is the worst Wendy’s I have had. They over charged me, got the order completely wrong, and all the food they did give us was made wrong, and was Cold. I don’t know how you hit all thouse markers in one meal, but this Wendy’s sets a low low bar.

He most understaffed place I’ve seen yet. The one place to be open at midnight and still have 1 to take order, 1 to make em and 1 to clean after? When you you are the only option with in a mile for 300k population? Stop loosing money

Came here at 3am when I got to the drive through they asked if I was a DoorDash pickup I said No then they said they aren’t taking any orders. It’s 24hrs ! So then I ordered pickup on DoorDash went to the drive through and no one would answer or come to the window! I seen the employees though they were just standing in the back! Then I waited at the window for 20min beeping the horn when someone finally came just to lie and say oh we gave that order out already and I said how when I just placed it and sat in the parking lot and seen no one come to get anything so then she said well oh our system is down and I can’t see anything, so I said well how do you know you gave my order out then if the system is down smh 😡 then another girl came up and said we have it then I had to wait another 20 minutes for them to prepare it smh. They basically were all hiding and sleeping and didn’t wanna do their jobs! And if that’s the case don’t work here!

I went there to use the coupon in the mobile app did not accept. It didn’t have orange juice in my breakfast. Patty was burnt to a crisp.
I would like to give zero stars if that was an option. Worst experience in a Wendys that I ve ever had. Put my order thru waited over 2omin for 4 strips and fries. Finally I saw that they were past my number so i went to the counter to inquire. The girl looked at me like I had 3heads and then finally said oh we gave that to someone else. And then proceeded to tell me now that i have to wait 10 more min for more nuggets to be made. Not a very bright crew working there. One girl at counter and had no clue how to work the register. Will not be returning to this location. Also no napkins or straws were available and only one size lid. Forget asking them about it . Only confuses them more

Absolutely horrible. Had to wait almost 25 minutes for food. The whole place was disorganized. No ketchup, no lids, no napkins, messy. I asoed for a Frosty with my combo and they gave me a fountain drink. Workers were just standing around with a line to the door. Registers were down which ismt their fault but they didnt explain that to anyone.
At least my food was hot. Do not go here

During the day, the workers are great! But that night/overnight shifttt SUCKKKKK SOO BAD!! 20-30 mins waiting to place an order. ( i had other drivers ask if any of the workers said anything on the intercom ) Wait another 10 mins for them to bring the food, just for the order to be wrong and incomplete. 🤬

25 minutes to get through the drive through is entirely too long.
Then we were informed that they were out of chicken strips on a Saturday. And to cap things off they had no ice for drinks so I was left with warm coke, YUCK!
Not a real good experience today. I will not be anxious to go back anytime soon thats for sure.
