These workers have NO IDEA what they are doing I had went inside this Wendy’s 4 times because they just couldn’t get my order right and I’m a diabetic I asked for unsweetened tea and they told me we don’t have unsweetened so we gave you sweet tea…..not that they knew I’m diabetic BUT COME ON! COMMON SENSE PEOPLE if someone is ordering unsweetened for a reason.

Ordered an apple pecan salad and a frosty. Didn't get my frosty and they sent this for my salad. The sticker says chicken park, and a pack of ranch dressing.

I promise you all if you ever want to enjoy Wendy’s, please do not come to this location. They don’t wear gloves. I pulled up to the window seeing a guy scratch his ear and then continue putting the fry cup in the bag. PLEASE DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!! Very rude and dirty I promise you all do not come to this location

I ordered nuggets and the guy in the drive thru gave me 20 sauces as a joke. I’ll never be going back. This is after I was polite. Thanked them for the service and everything and I was given a bag of sauces. Some busted open. If it wasn’t after hours I’d probably head back but here I am leaving a review. I don’t even leave nasty reviews but this was so unnecessary.

they got my meal wrong and the wait was way too long for them to be getting this shit wrong. Everytime I order delivery on a Fanta orange they give me hi-c I’m 100% sure it’s on purpose and not a mistake considering it’s happened 3 times in a row now

Ran by slum owners for sure. Went there today and I spent the totally of an hour in the drive thru. Don't ask me how but an hour!!!!! Ordering the food was already annoying because they are always out of something here. Today it was no sprite. Ok np I ordered another drink no big deal. Get to the window to pick up my food and drinks. Drinks came out first, no ice. The temperature today is 111°. Ok i ask for a manager to cancel my order and go about my day. It took a good 6 minutes for the manager to arrive. He was nice and explained the air is down in the restaurant and he informed his superior manager but they wanted to keep the restaurant operational. So the air being off is over working the ice machines. I felt bad and let my order get remade. Take my food and check it, I then notice all of my burgers were wrong. I go inside and request a manager for refund. Getting a refund took 15 to 20 mins alone and my card had to go into the back with the manager. I was then told there was no refund receipt and id have to wait and see it on my statement within a days. That was annoying because I had a pretty big order and felt uncomfortable with my card out of my sight. Then to make things worse the manager was right. It was no air inside. Keep in mind its 111° outside. I felt really bad for the employees to say the least. Im also happy I didn't eat out of there because the inside was pretty nasty looking. This Wendy's absolutely does not have to worry about me patronizing them again.
