Worst wendys ive been too food is always dripping from grease through the wrapper, service is slow, and its always gross inside. Sticky floors, soda painted all over the soda machine, and tables never cleaned off

Easily by far the worst Wendy’s, I have been to. They make up rules; they don’t allow you to add or substitute. They are constantly rushing you while you’re trying to order. I understand that they have a clock that they’re trying to beat; but that does not mean service has to be terrible.

The lady that took my order; was a red shirt. Which means she was a manager. Her attitude was beyond terrible. When I got to the window, everyone in the restaurant or at least at the window had an attitude.

When I asked for more ketchup, I was met with a bigger attitude; proceeded by them waiting for me to leave.

They deny you a small size if asked… “Everything comes in medium”.

This was a terrible experience. And this is not my first terrible experience there. I will not return.

Overcharged me. I gave the girl a $10 for a biggie bag and she only gave me back 60 cents. I was supposed to get $3 and some change back.

We ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 large fries, the fries and the sandwiches had a bitter taste, they tasted awful. We went and told the counter but it just felt like they did not care at all. The sandwiches we usually buy from this wendys taste so good or so bad.

Just now myself and another car waited over 10 minutes in the drive-through without any type of greeting or hold on one minute or anything like that. We had to back out of the drive-through because no one was offering any type of service just to drive by and see all the workers sitting there talking to each other.

The service was perfect. We went in 8 o clock at night with 8 people, they got every order right and the staff members were really friendly. Even said goodbye and HAPPY HALLOWEEN to us. Nice experience after a long night with the kids! Thank

I’ve been going to this Wendy’s for the last eight years on and off hoping they would get better never seems to happen. I waited to get the Krabby Patty and was totally disappointed. It was like a wrinkled soggy mess, no lettuce, one tiny little tomato. Absolute pathetic hamburger. Whoever runs this place ought to be ashamed of themselves. To top it all off, I paid over $10 for crap! I will not go there no more.
