I found a hair inside of my cheeseburger right where the ketchup was at. I always open my sandwich up before I bite into them to look. Lost my appetite. I went back to return the sandwich, I let the cashier know about the situation and let him know. I don’t want anything back. I’m just making them aware to double up on hair nets or something. He then gave it to his Lead or manager and when he told her the issue, she said OK. Did not care to apologize or acknowledge the customer.(me)🤢

Listen, I’m giving you 3 stars for effort on the breakfast menu, because you guys really tried it… but The honey maple bacon chicken sandwich was drenched in a smelly sauce on the outside. And this sauce didn’t know what it wanted to be if it was savory or sweet like imagine like honey mixed with lard and spit. On top of their chicken sandwich. Not pleasant. The French toast sticks came with no syrup and tasted like a very bland toast and metal. The only good thing was the thick fries. I’m going back to Dunkin for my breakfast tomorrow lol. But I’ll be back for lunch

I was waiting for my order since 11 pm and I had to call the door dash to find out what was happening because I was WAITING FOR AN HOUR AND 38 MINUTES FOR MY ORDER and it NEVER arrived.
This wendys opens at 7 i think but actually has the doors open and service is quick. At least thats what i am used to in the morning not sure about afternoon or evening.
