Horrible service, a crew member gets on the speaker “We doing Uber orders so you gotta wait” waited patiently 15minutes. He comes back on we’re only doing Uber orders. I was already waiting in the line for 40mins.

Not the best Wendy's I've been to. Not the worst, Wendy's either. Might be the darkest Wendy's I've been in... Not because I was the only white guy in a quarter-mile radius. Because a light bulb randomly exploded while I was standing in line.
Parking: Of course there's parking... everyone in there rode the bus. Not because black people are stereotypically avid users of public transportation... Because the bus stop was right out front.
Service was horrible. Was ignored and was told to sit in the parking lot with no assistance and extremely unprofessional. If I had the option I would give zero stars😙

I order my food twice on door dash first, first dasher stole my order.second dasher never responded just was sitting at Wendy’s so I canceled it.at 1:40 am please do not go after 12 am because the overnight crew is very slow and can not take orders correctly.you will be waiting in line for 30 mins for an order of nuggets and they said there was no frostys at this time. Horrible customer service
The food here is usually ok though they typically get my orders wrong unfortunately. So I can't really favor this location for punctuality. Also the older women here come off as rude and snobbish. To some of their credit this location is usually always busy tho.
Updated newer review : Still busy, still lackluster hateful service. Had a lady argue back to me today telling me I never upgraded the Crabby Patty meals to larges to get drinks instead of the frosties they come with when I went up to pay at the drive thru.

So I've been living up here a good 6 years now and I've Never, Eva ,eva EVA been to this Wendy's because the drive thru line is usually long af. Tonight there 4 cars ahead of me and I've been here for a good minute 15 minutes. The person. On the mic is sofa king slow. ITS UNREAL. The girl comes back to the mic and says to the car , 2 cars I front of mines. I'm sorry I forgot about you🤦🏾♂️
