This Wendy’s reminded me exactly why I don’t eat at Wendy’s. I ordered an Asiago Club sandwich only and a bottle of water. Somehow, I was charged for the full combo anyway. When I pulled up to the window, they handed me the wrong food. I gave it back, then received my order—with fries in the bag. I told them to remove the fries because that’s not what I ordered. The young girl gave me attitude and said something under her breath to who I assume was the manager—the same person who gave me the wrong food in the first place. I told him I was charged for the combo and was owed money back. He insisted it was because I “asked for the combo,” which I did not—hence why I asked for the fries to be removed. He then said he’d have to do a full refund and asked if there was anything else he could offer. I said, “A bottle of water.” I pulled off, checked my food, and this is what I received (see photo). The Asiago Club is supposed to come with a crispy chicken patty, fresh lettuce, bacon, tomato, and mayo. Instead, I got wilted lettuce, a soggy patty, and a slice of tomato. Bottom line: I was overcharged and served low-quality food. Save your money and move on.

I ordered a Salad from Wendy's and I will say. They have the freshest salads. I was scared they wouldn't take my allergy seriously but they did. The freshness beats most sit down restaurants.

My order came with missing items After I doubled back to the drive through window to let the young lady know, she asked me to pull up at the side entrance. After waiting for a full 10mins I went back to the drive through window only to be ignored until I blew my car horn. I got collected my cold, spicy, oiled soaked nuggets and left. If the nuggets were cold, why did it take so long?

Picked up a Mobile order. Soda fountain wasn’t working, asked employee if there was a non Diet Coke option. I get home and realized all soda’s are diet when I literally said no. They taste horrible. I call and someone hands the phone to another employee…simply doesn’t care. Poor customer service, wouldn’t go here again because clearly y’all are too incompetent to give people the correct soda they paid for.

Very unprofessional young ladies working here. I waited in drive thru for 10 mins before I went inside still wised another 10-15 mins. No cup carries so if you get more than 2 drinks you have to figure it out I guess. Only outsized Large cups only no other sizes
with new snickerdoodle frosty employees are not reading the stuff that tells you if it’s the cookie fusion or not and keep handing out whatever they want especially to delivery drivers! every time i get it delivered it either comes without the cookies and when i pay extra for extra cookie toppings they give very little?! a few days ago i corrected a worker on that and she didn’t even notice, yall gotta do something about that cause its very irritating 😠 .
Picture for example, I literally ordered a vanilla snickerdoodle frosty fusion with extra cookies and instead got chocolate with NO cookies…HOW?!

Drive thru line was long so we went inside, that was a long wait to get the food as well. One drink machine was working(as I had already guessed) and was out of half the drinks. Also the screens that should display the menu weren’t working( as I had already guessed again) so I already had the menu up on the app. We took the food to go and it was good and everything was hot and the order was correct.

This location is super busy during dinner time, like all Wendy's in this area. This location makes you up size your meal to large, no mediums here. If you have a lot of patience and don't mind luke warm fries, this location is for you.

Went to order lunch and I had to ask to have our sandwiches made over 3 times because every time they gave us the food it was made wrong! The young girl who was making the sandwiches seemed uninterested in making our order so I got the manager who was very understanding and and got us out of the line quickly with our order done correctly! The team work atmosphere was horrible.
