Food was decent enough… fresh and hot. Service was mediocre at best. 2 employees were very nice, but the others were very rude and miserable. The girl at the register was not pleasant at all and was rushing me. No one else was in line and she just stood there when I was finished ordering so it wasn’t even like she was running back to help the cooks. She also kept rolling her eyes. The interior had no clean tables. My daughter had to wipe the table before we could sit down and there was trash all over the floor. I’m not sure if they had just been through a rush, but it didn’t seem like anybody was paying attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Looking at the other reviews, there seems to be a trend of 1 star and what looks to be other fake 5 star reviews.During the day, I have to work and keep it moving even during lunch. If I order food anywhere, I have to order online and pick it up as I pass by. I came by during lunch rush, and I was the only one here. They seemed lost trying to find my order, but there was nobody else there in the store.When I drove off, I opened the bag, and everything was cold; I arrived 10 minutes after ordering. I ordered an all natural lemonade that tasted like there was fruit punch in it. Everything was gross, and I threw it out. I won't be back

Whoever the older woman working at the mobile pick up is needs to be fired. Horrible and nasty attitude, also doesn’t know how to handle pressure when there are a lot of people in the store. Was working very slowly, and had no pep in her step as well as a few others. A 30 minute wait for a one item order. Y’all need to do better. Definetly never coming back to this location.

This location keeps getting worse and worse. If you're there after 10pm they tell you everything has to be large. If they're doing that to save medium and small lids and cups then they're supposed to charge for small but give large cups.....not the other way around. I just went there tonight and was given a cold burger. The cheese wasn't even melted.

They screwed up my order again. No tomato on the burger, hardly any onions, fries sat under the heat lamp I can tell, and the Coke is strangely

Ordered a biggie bag and wanted a diet drink. Cashier stated that they ONLY had lemonade. Therefore I had to order lemonade as the drink. No worries... I took the lemonade as the drink. I checked my receipt and I was charged .50 cent additional for the drink I didn't want. The Cashier said there was nothing he could do.

So I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich WITH CHEESE NO LETTUCE NO TOMATO. My sandwich came with no cheese lettuce and tomato. I went back in drive thru to ask for cheese and instead of taking the sandwich back they gave me a slice of random cheese ??.

The worst so rude manager doesn't answer when you ask questions she just ignores you or answer with an attitude but ppl wanted to why no one is taking orders inside. At the counter. Waited 45min no service. Was told they are not taking any orders until they fill up the back orders. 8 ppl left because of that. Ppl who placed orders on line before hand still waited a long time no one asked what they needed they were busy doing only drive orders with a store full of ppl waiting. Staff leaving and staff coming on looking lost standing no one telling them to help etc After my wait I got into the drive thru ten mins i was done driving away with my food. I only did that due to my 73 year old mother wanted Wendy's o was told I couldn't get. Receipt due to the machine was broke but after standing 45 plus mins inside I saw all the receipts coming from all the machines including the drive thru. Worst experience I ever had at Wendy's I pray it gets better won't be back to this location ever again!!

Last night at 10:39 pm my brother & his friend went to pick food up for us from this establishment with my money. I specifically asked for a Dr. Pepper and got Root Beer instead. Now I understand some people don't care to look and think it's dark soda, so they won't notice, but I did. I'm not going to blame the host Paulette, who took the order cause it says Dr. Pepper on my receipt. But whoever they had working that night at 10:39 pm, I'm blaming them cause it was no miscommunication or misunderstanding. Just ignorance because you knew that drink wasn't right when you hit that button after reading the order when it popped up on the screen.
