Placed the order through drive through for 5 junior bacon cheese burgers. Pulled up to the drice through. No one came to take the payment. I waited...thevgirks were in there casually talking. There might have been 1 customer inside. The girl came to the eindow and told me how much it was. When I asked for the receipt I was told the machine was broken. It has been months since they had given me this excuse. I asked for the manager. The female store manager cane up and was ignorant and rude. It didnt seem like she cared. The burgers they gave me were cold, didnt seem they were freshly made. They weren't even warm. I dreaded telling them because who know what my next burger might have on them. This store has so many defects. Please close this store if no one can maintain it!

If I could give a ZERO I would! Spent nearly $40 for all of my food to get stuffed into 1 bag! My complete order was not given to me. I called to speak with a manager and one of their employers faked as a manager and placed me on hold for nearly 15 minutes- never returning to the phone. I called back and they turned the answering machine on. I will be calling corporate on this horrible location as they need to shut it down. I will NEVER SPEND A DIME on Wendy’s again!

About an hour ago at this Wendy’s on red lion Road I ordered the new tenders four of them, a baked potato and a medium frosty vanilla. The drive-through person could not tell me anything about the sauces. I asked what was in your. I forget what you call it traditional or something she didn’t know so I ordered one of those and a honey mustard. When I got home, there were no sauces. No napkins. No receipt for 14+ dollars so that I could call the specific Wendy’s. You will definitely lose business with someone who’s not trained. I see Wendy slowly disappearing, and it was always my favorite. Sorry to report such bad bad service.i forgot that this was drive through and the first item I wanted was chili. She said they had no chili so then I ordered the potato.
I think this particular one will be closed with that kind of employee. No pride in even a menial job.

It was extremely rude. I only asked for one ketchup, and they said no. I asked again and even said I was willing to pay for it, and only then did they give it to me. I know it’s a fast-food restaurant, so expectations should be low, but there’s no reason to be rude.
I came here around lunchtime. I ordered my meal. I gave them a $50 bill and they said they didn’t have change. My change was $25. You don’t have $25 around lunchtime.

I was behind someone and watched the workers treat her nicely but when it was my turn they changed and was cold and rude. I'm Asian and i don't know if it was racism or something but race shouldn't define service. I ordered a classic chicken and 3 drinks and all I got was the classic chicken and no drinks. It reeks of something I don't know how to explain and over all just a no. I don't recommend coming here.

I dont usually visit this location, but have ordered through Doordash a few times. My first visit today was a long wait. Orders was coming out very slow. Soda machine had only diet drinks. I waited almost 30 minutes for food. Some customers were saying there sandwiches were barely warm after waiting so long for their orders.
