Possibly the worst Wendy's location ever. Wendy's will charge you for a mobile order and then when they refuse to fulfill any mobile orders, they find a way to erase the order from your app so it's difficult to dispute credit card charges. It seems like a scam for this location to accept orders and then not fill them, so their profits look good, while stealing money from people without giving them their food. Wendy's corporate should intervene with this location.

Never order from this store on any app. They will never get your order right and/or send your entire order with your uber eats driver or dasher. Every time I order from them they do this EVERY SINGLE TIME. Even in person you’ll never have your entire order it’s ALWAYS something missing. I’m confused are they tryna pocket money, eat the food or what? I will be letting corporate know of this issue AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!!!!

I went to pick up my food and it was ready, however when I tried to exit through the door the bag ripped because of the heat the bag material became soft, I asked the girl that my bag ripped and some fries and nuggets fell, I told her and her reaction was disgusting and she didn’t even bag it properly when she gave it back to me, I wasnt expecting a full redo cuz the sandwiches were fine but at least do everything properly and bag them properly! I don’t know who hired her but her attitude even was horrible, she was even rude to one uber driver that was next to me. Wendys Please Fix this and Do Better

I had ordered through doordash for pick up and there was a small area with a locked bulletproof window and there was armed security. I did get my order but only after about 20-30 minutes. In the pickup area there is no place to sit. Needless to say, just go through the drive thru or get it delivered. I don't know if something was going on but it wasn't communicated to us customers.

EVERY visit to this Wendy’s yields horrible results. First, I’m diabetic and my grandchildren are on the spectrum so we order a very specific way. Without fail, they manage to mess our order up EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! They NEVER have baked potatoes so why even have them as an option on the menu!!! My daughter despises mayonnaise and without fail they give her mayonnaise. I ask for zero sugar or diet beverages and without fail they NEVER mark the sodas so I’m playing Russian roulette with my sugar intake. You shouldn’t even be able to operate because you clearly cannot make one single order correctly. We all got biggie bags and they didn’t give us nuggets. When they finally did, we were given nuggets in a cup. This was the final straw and my last time there and I’m recommending to you all to find a different Wendy’s who will complete your order more accurately.

Idk if it's pure laziness or they just don't care or maybe there is a shortage of ranch? You guys keep allowing me to get charged for the extra ranch that I pay extra for and then don't give me any. It's getting ridiculous now. Stop robbing me

Weird vibes. I come here and use the drive thru but their machine was down so I went inside. Asked if I could order at the counter and 6 staff members just stared at me for 30 seconds before I just left cause it was weird. Don't go inside apparently?
