So i ordered through the mobile app i had rewards point so i wanted to redeem a 10 pc of nuggets for like 500 points and they told me i had to order 10 pc of nuggets to redeem “THE REWARDS POINTS “ i did that so i should have like the packs of 10 pcs of nuggets but guess whattt THEY ACTUALLY TOOK MY POINTS AND MY MONEY AND JUST SENT ME ONE PACK OF 10 pcs of nuggets soooo I thought it was a mistake even if it was the second time they did that i called the store the employee that answered was laughing at me because i was angry and they another one just told me to come to the store to talk to the manager about that ?!!!!! Oh and in the receipt they said i paid only 7.58 but they actually took 15.39 dollars?!!!!!!

The self order screen is broken, get that thing fixed. and start serving unsweetened iced tea.
they dont know how to use their system and have to keep going to the manager constantly to figure it out. they forget half your order almost every time and they have no motivation to even prepare your order. id avoid the place and find a different one. especially if youre in a rush for your lunch break.

Corporate needs to properly staff and supply this location. There is always a line around the block and they are always out of soda, like every time I've gone there in the last year.

Not the workers fault. But don't go here.
In my opinion, Wendy's do not give an adequate portion of fries for all the sizes. They are short staffed, and it's a bit hectic.

My recent visit to Wendy’s on 56th and Chestnut Street was underwhelming. The staff seemed disengaged and unaware of their roles, leading to a lack of proper customer service. It was evident that customer experience was not a priority, which is disappointing for a brand known for its commitment to quality service. This location needs to address these issues promptly to meet the expected standards.
