They don't even deserve a star, it's the worst Wendys establishment I've ever seen. Their employees are rude, the order was incomplete, they gave us cold fries and the chicken in the burger was rubbery. It was frustrating! And when we asked her kindly, the lady simply said that it was closed and that there was nothing she could do, with a hostile and uncomfortable attitude, she saw that I started to record her and closed the window in our faces (the video shows that just moment).

Another young man came out and told us that they were already closed, that the system had gone down and that the only solution was to return the next day. Oh really? We had to throw the food in the trash and go without dinner, plus the displeasure of how badly they treated us.

They should remove all those moody and unpleasant staff, this takes a lot away from their restaurant. I will never return to that establishment.

Discrimination based on gender. To use the toilet, I was required to make a purchase first. The man was allowed to use the toilet without any conditions, after he just left. When I asked for an explanation from security Ralphie, he replied rudely to get me out of his way.

They didn’t wanna cook the food so they kept messing up the order until I gave up and drove away absolute horrible service. Wendy wonders why Chick-fil-A absolutely smokes them it’s because they got undertrained under qualified staff who are underpaid and don’t care about their jobs

So I made a mobile order and still had to tell them what I was missing …so I asked does the order not pop up on mobile. They said yes but I still had to ask them for the rest for the items I was missing. I received my bag sealed , when i opened it was the wrong one but still decided to stay with it after 2-3 bites I noticed something strange there was about 3-4 StRANDS about finger length of what seems to be FAKE HAIR as if they were placed on purposed .Was never asked is this your order. Eewwwe I was so disgusted. I threw up!??? LIKE ISNT FAST FOOD PLACE SUPPOSED TO HAVE YOU WEAR HAIR NETS? They need to reinforce it again although it was more then obvious it was placed there. AND EVEN IF IT WAsnt FOR ME THats STILL NASTY!

This place and their customer service is disgraceful. To tell me I can’t get a drink made the way I requested it is ridiculous. Chic fila would never ! Not to mention when I placed my order they rushed me and I never got the jr frosties I ordered and paid for . The way I get my drink made I get it made the same any Wendy’s I go to . Don’t waste your time here . Fries were like warm and they forgot majority of my order . Ppl came to the line because their orders were messed up as well was unsettling . Not worth it . It’s only convenient. The area that it’s in they need new staff here , the are is being g upgraded but this place ? Tlk about renovation ! They need it !

What a shame that this Wendy's has been damaged, I went to eat every week and in this last week I have visited it twice and it is a horror to order there, employees talking bad, laughing and making fun of the customers at the service car. It's disgusting, they don't clean the facilities. The air conditioner was dripping water from the ceiling onto the floor (that is a demand problem if someone falls) in addition to that some employees not all, if someone orders a frosti and it is not the flavor you want, they open the top cover of the machine and they bring it in again to serve it to another customer.. Hellooo that is disgusting, unhygienic and they put the lives of customers at risk, it can give bacteria. Anyway, the manager has nothing to do with it as if nothing had happened, the food is super cold and they don't give it complete and if you complain to them they come out with a bad attitude. I will never eat again nor will my family in this town. They play with the health of the clients.

The family wanted to try the new saucy chicken nuggets we ordered garlic parm and ghost pepper and both barely had any sauce at all on them they were dry , this place is so disappointing for an establishment that hasn't been opened very long

This place is literally a hell hole and is not a family oriented place while dining in, it don’t feel like a corporate food establishment more like Dysfunctional family running a business. The amount of red flags that I seen while waiting for my order was crazy, profanity, ignorance, yelling, screaming etc. to top it off it’s a very unsanitary environment because I even saw employees running from behind the counter with gloves on touching everything and then going back behind the counter to bag orders without charging there gloves. While all this is happening the manager was literally sitting in the office like nothing is even happening which is unbelievable, literally not my favorite Wendy to come to and probably would not come back after my recent visit.

They have become very slow at filling orders. In the drive thru you can expect to be told to pull forward and wait. The attention to the timer has ruined the service here.
