This was a good fast food place but when me and my 2 sisters were eating and we got chicken sandwiches fries and drinks and in my sisters drink was a hard peice of a burger patty and it was really disgusting.

Terrible service here. Employee forgot the food for a MOBILE ORDER that was ordered in ADVANCE. Still missed fries and nuggets for the meal. Then had the nerve to ask “what are you missing from the order” to then state exactly what I was missing because they knew they left it out. When I pull up to the window the two employees were bickering about who was going to had the bag over and then hands it over with an attitude. If you don’t like your job, find a new one. Horrible service!! Only gave one star because there wasn’t an option for no stars.

This Wendy’s was the BEST when it first opened. Sadly, the last 8 months or so it’s gone unbelievably down hill. Even with mobile order plenty of time ahead, they ask you to park and wait even with no one in line. One time I ordered lunch on mobile and I went there and they said it wasn’t lunch time yet. Wendy’s corporate informed me they should have made the order. Last time I got food I got a 10 piece nuggets w/ honey mustard and fries and sprite. They gave me UNCOOKED almost raw fries, 6 nuggets, no honey mustard. They had no sprite and only coke. And the whole time are acting pissed you’re there. Currently waiting in the parking lot for 10 minutes for a mobile order as other orders go through.

I usually get the tender meal from here. I never had a problem until last time I went on January 6th 10pm. I ate a fry and it tasted stale and extremely bad. I tried a bite of the tender. They both tasted like they've been drug all over the floor so I threw them out and was going to forget about it and stop eating there. Now I'm extremely unwell, if I have to go to the hospital this will be in court.

Nuggets overcooked and dried, sandwich was a cold slop. The drink was the best thing and usually its watered down at wendys. Rude as usual, Wendys employees all over Philly have no manners and are inconsiderate. Lucky theyre cheap.

Dining room closes at 10 but when I got there at 9:39 they refused to let me in and told me that they closed early. But still had people eating inside.

My family and I were standing at the counter waiting for 10 minutes to order. The employee completely ignored us while doing other things like arguing with a delivery service driver and chatting with others. She then walked back into the food prep area without taking our order. Other customers already ordered and were waiting for their food.

The one star is for convenience location but that's it. Went through the drive thru was told to pull over and they would bring our food out. 30 mins later we were still waiting. Finally got our food and the fries were cold. Waited another 10 mins for fresh fries. Once I got home I realized I was missing a burger and the one they did manage to get in the bag was a sloppy mess. 40 dollars for trash because that's where it ended up. There were 5 people on shift there and not one person seemed to know what they were doing. What a disappointment. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

While getting my food, saw an employee come from behind the counter, and punch his child in the face multiple times. Absolutely disgusting and a disgrace. Shame on wendy’s for allowing a man like that work for their establishment.
