I don't recommend this location at all the card system has been down 3 days. They gave me the wrong order after I waited 30 min for an online order. I took a bite of the burger and my stomach was hurting at least the nuggets didn't bother my stomach but never again. Never a damn gain.

Horrible service . I am here at 11:12pm November 19th. I have been waiting to get my food for the last 30 mins . The other 6 people here have been waiting longer. Bell was ringed multiple time and none of the staff came to the window. Who ever is the shift manager for this shift needs to be replaced . The kitchen crew is talking to some teenager they let into the lobby and slowing down the orders . I am unsure what’s going on . But I can’t cancel my order and I’m just here waiting. Waiting 30 mins for food is too long. I plan to dispute the charge on my card .

First, I step in the door I immediately hear profanity and loud talking from staff behind counter with Manager “John “ not managing them at all. They were only accepting cash which is not good on a night there is a concert next door and seemed suspect… by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever visited. Definitely not a spot to dine in

first of all, the restaurant was so hot that i was literally sweating. second, the service was god awful. i waited in line for like 10 mins without so much as being acknowledged. this place is so poorly managed and it was run by children. the food was borderline inedible and they forgot half of my order. the restaurant was absolutely disgusting too, with unclean tables, spills and crumbs everywhere. this might be the worst wendys i’ve ever eaten at. i should have known it was gonna be awful because it was completely empty, and for good reason. at this point just tear it down and start over.

Showed up during business hours. Was told I can't place an order at the window, have to put it in via doordash pickup. ETA on that says 3 minutes, know that probbaly isn't right but whatever. Put in order. Immediatley changes to 15 minutes. Fine. Wait around for 30 minutes while 5 employees and an armed security guard do very little inside. Maybe 6 orders are transacted during this period. Order that looks like mine shows up, told it isn't mine. After 5 minutes, use my phone to zoom in on bag, clearly is mine but the employee inside doesn't know how to read a pick up vs. Delivery receipt. Get food, and go home. No straw or napkins in bag, food is incorrect (was mine, name was on receipt order was right on receipt) and was now cold. Do not go to this location.
i came here at 1:30am and they were out of frosties, a nice man went out of his way to make my sprite with cherry and lemonade! he was awesome and deserves a raise!

The urgency of your slowest grandmother on horse tranquilizers. Putting an order in, whether in person or online, means it won't be ready for half an hour when you're there. One person will be half making your food and everyone else just socializes while 20 people are waiting for their food

I’ve been to this Wendy’s more than once to say that this was an absolutely horrible experience. Teenagers are everywhere running in and out getting arrested and kicked out what time there was a whole fight outside with the police waiting to get them out. The staff are not too bad, The one time some girl threw single sandwich on the floor because she was mad at her coworker. People get arrested at this location a lot I’m not surprised though because a lot of basketball players around 🫣

I order my food through DoorDash at 12:30am. I went through 3 drivers who told me they refused service even though your store closes at 2am. I am furious. Find better employees.
