Horrendous. The food was fresh but that was the only thing I could say was good about the experience. No one had a hairnet on. I found a hair in my nuggets. They denied giving me sauce. One of the girls on register was on her phone and the other one had AirPods in and wasn’t giving out the drinks people were ordering. Trash can was overflowing with trash. Worst experience I’ve had yet.

As a pescatarian for several years, I have little reason to visit this restaurant beyond occasionally stopping in for a beverage. However, each time I do, I encounter subpar customer service. Additionally, the presence of loitering individuals creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. The fact that on-site security is regularly present speaks volumes about the environment

This is a very disappointing location. The majority of the employees there are rude and indifferent. Service is a mess and doordash drivers suffer extremely long wait times. I'm literally standing here watching a an employee brush his hair while taking after hour orders at the window all the while ignoring online orders. A disgrace.

This Wendy’s is trash. I ordered something so simple and it took over 15 minutes to get it. Then requiring a mobile app purchase is just crazy at 10pm. Never again. The staff is trash. They move with no urgency. And they messed up my order. Top tier incompetence. No cheese on my chili and no dressing or pecans for my salad and no utensils. Food was stale and old. I threw it away.

Been eating Wendy’s 45 years a baconator has always been a double with bacon got handed a single on stale bread and when I ask for the correct sandwich it was like pulling teeth like I did something wrong 19 dollers and change for a single burger with a side of attitude. Much luck guys but this Wendy’s is garbage

Worst Wendy’s in Philly. Sent out some food that had to be sitting in the bag for a few hours. There where pickle prints in the chicken sandwich and cheese, the chicken looked old wit a grey wet mask in it from the pickles sitting on it for a while. The fries were old hard and cold. The food was not edible. Ordered off DoorDash and threw $20 right in the trash

This PLACE NEEDS TO GET SHUT DOWN! Very unprofessional, no hairnets they are constantly messing up my orders and cashiers are rude. They need to train their workers because it seems like some of them don’t know what they are doing. Food is dry, drinks are water down constantly. Don’t go here to eat. And also the bathroom is disgusting there is barely ever any toilet paper and there is never no soap. Worst fast food establishment I’ve ever went to.
